So… regardless of your views on whatever, it’s been a pretty stressful week. Everyone deserves the feeling of a nice chill pill at the end of it, so here are literally just seven nice ways to treat yo self as we enter a new week.

Clean.

You can do something productive and mindless at the same time! If you’re cleaning up, you probably already know what you’re doing, and it doesn’t take too much effort. Plus, you have a nice clean living space at the end of the day!

Put down the phone.

Seriously, sucking yourself into an endless stream of political opinions, negativity, and stress is not productive. While you decompress from all your phone use, you can do literally anything else on this list.

Read a book.

It doesn’t have to be for class! Get lost in the problems of people who aren’t even real (unless nonfiction is your thing, and even then, it’s still not you).

Get organized.

There are things we can’t plan for, but there are also things we can, and doing it makes a lot of people feel much better.

Hot shower.

They’re literally just the best.

Take a nap.

Or go to bed early rather than endlessly scrolling through your phone.
