Why You Should Be Listening To Skylar Grey

Discovering a new artist you like and listening to their music can improve your mood in seconds. Unfortunately, this doesn't happen everyday. But today...today is a day for you!

If you haven't been following Skylar Grey, you really should. Since 2013, with the release of her album "Don't Look Down," she's proven just how talented and motivating she is. Let me give you a few reasons you should definitely look her up.

1. Her new music video for "Moving Mountains" is breathtaking.

Skylar moved out to Utah recently, and she embraced her new home state as the backdrop for her new single. If not for the amazing song, the video is worth a watch only for the views.

2. Skylar can really play the guitar.

Anyone who listens to "Cannonball" or "Moving Mountains" has to appreciate the amazing guitar skills Skylar possesses. Hey Skylar, any chance you can give me a lesson?

3. She's a truly motivational person.

When asked about the motivation for her latest single, Skylar said,

"Now living in Utah, I’ve realized the importance of taking the time to sit back and appreciate a mountain view. It's amazing how just being present has the power to elevate your mood.”

Give Grey's new single a listen, and definitely look out for her career as her success continues.

What's up Asshat,

I've composed a list of things that I wish upon you, and they're harsh and cruel. These things are things that I wouldn't wish upon my worst of enemies, not even that Starbuck's barista who always screws up my order, not even him. You fall into a whole other category of hate. You surpass Starbucks barista. Congratulations, I'm actually a pretty nice person, making you worthy of every single bit of torture I wish upon you. What are these things I wish upon you you might ask?
