Dear Best Friend,

I don't even know where to start.

Thank you for being my friend

Thank you for never giving up on me

Thank you for sticking by my side

Thank you for supporting my decisions (no matter how stupid they are)

Thank you for letting me tell you all my problems, whether big or small

Thank you for the emergency shopping dates

Thank you for the honesty

Thank you for tying my shoelaces

Thank you for fixing my broken heart

Thank you for being my date to everything

Thank you for all the hugs

Thank you for all the cuddles

Thank you for never judging me

Thank you for telling me when I'm wrong

Thank you for all the endless advice

Thank you for all the adventures

Thank you for the joy you bring to my life

Thank you for telling me I look good everyday (even when I don't)

Thank you for the good morning texts

Thank you for the good night texts

Thank you for buying me food all the time (p.s.- I promise I'll pay you back)

Thank you for making me laugh (even on my worse days)

Thank you for always reminding me of my worth

Thank you for all the gas you've wasted on me

Thank you for telling me when my foundation shade doesn't match

Thank you for loving the parts of me that I don't love myself

Thank you for all the drives

Thank you for making time for me

Thank you for listening to all my dumb rants

Thank you for dealing with all my dumb moments

Thank you for protecting my heart from the world (and also boys)

Thank you for being the person I'd call at 2am if I needed to

Thank you for standing up for me

Thank you for telling me when my mascara is flaking

Thank you for the deep talks

Thank you for putting up with my gross moments (p.p.s.- I still hold the record for the loudest burp)

Thank you for reading all the stupid things I tag you in on Facebook and Twitter

Thank you for being my longest snap streak

Thank you for never letting my life be boring

Thank you for enjoying makeup as much as me (I didn't think it was possible)

Thank you for supporting my dreams and goals

Thank you for fixing my hair

Basically, thank you for caring about my life even at the times I don't care about it myself.

Thank you.

Love, me.

April Ludgate

Every college student knows and understands the struggle of forcing themselves to continue to care about school. Between the piles of homework, the hours of studying and the painfully long lectures, the desire to dropout is something that is constantly weighing on each and every one of us, but the glimmer of hope at the end of the tunnel helps to keep us motivated.
