My List Of 8 OverPriced Items & Things In The World

1. Fancy Mascara

Come on ladies, we all agree with this one. I feel certain brands just aren't worth the money.

2. Manicures & Pedicures

Buy some cheap nail polish and do it yourself. You'll look just as fabulous.

3. Steak House Restaraunts

Throw a steak on the grill in your own home. This saves you so much money. Places like LongHorn Steakhouse charge you so much money for steak.

4. New Arrivals From Your Favorite Store

You want that new dress thats $60.00 that you simply cannot live without? New Arrivals tend to be overpriced anyway.

5. Water

Even water today can be overpriced! Use a refillable bottle or even tap water.

6. College TextBooks

This is hard not to buy especially for college students considering we really do need them but seriously, they are very expensive.

7. Clothes From Abercrombie & Fitch

A sweater for almost $100? Really? I can probably get a better sweater at target!

8. Hair Cuts & Color

These can get very pricey especially if you are getting a completely different hair color.

For the entirety of my high school career, I was always seen as the goody-two-shoes. I never got in trouble with a teacher, I kept stellar grades, and when I wasn't doing extracurricular activities, I was at home studying. Even when I did go out, it was usually with a bunch of fellow band geeks. The night would end before 11:00 PM and the only controversial activity would be a fight based on who unfairly won a round of Apples-to-Apples when someone else clearly had a better card (I promise I'm not still holding a grudge).

Now that I'm officially an adult, I want to pursue some new things. I want to experience life in a way that I never allowed myself to do prior to entering college. These are the years that I'm supposed to embark on a journey of self-discovery, so what better way to do that than to create a bucket list?
