The Line That Every "To Nice Of A Guy" Has Heard

Are We Really That Bad!?

The Line That Every "To Nice Of A Guy" Has Heard

Why are Genuine Old Fashioned Guys Not Good Enough Anymore, coming from a guy that has been in a couple of bad relationships I want to list some things us genuine guys are most likely use to hearing?

1) YOU ARE TO NICE!

Girls please by all means elaborate to us, how in the hell are we too nice. I did not know texting you every day, showing feelings, and spoiling some girl we like was frowned upon. So, my response to you is, please, by all means, don’t waste our time if you plan on ditching us for some tool bag down the road.

2) IM NOT READY FOR COMMITMENT!

This one is my favorite! Girls I amend you for coming out and telling us you want to go test out the waters with some other guy but please for me and the rest of genuine guys out there tell us this before you lead us on and we catch feelings for you.

3) I DON’T NEED A GUY IN MY LIFE!

We don’t need you either but we want you in our life. Does it go that unnoticed when we get the car door for you, when we show that we want to be with you, when we are constantly there for you even though sometimes you come to us for advice about some jerk guy that’s hurting you but you have a great one sitting right in front of you.

4) COLLEGE IS NOT THE TIME FOR RELATIONSHIPS!

This one is defiantly my second favorite! Girls this line right here to us good guys out there that you would rather go out and have your one night stands and go to the club and flirt with some stranger because it makes you feel good inside. Just imagine what it would feel like to come home to the same guy every night that loved you more and more every day.

Girls the only thing I can ask of you is save the text, save the phone call asking us to go out for dinner and then going back to your place to “Netflix and Chill”. Trust me because any genuine guys do not want sex on the first night. We want to see that you enjoy being with us, we want to see you show interest in us, not even as much as we have in you, but just at least a little.

As college students, we are all familiar with the horror show that is course registration week. Whether you are an incoming freshman or selecting classes for your last semester, I am certain that you can relate to how traumatic this can be.

1. When course schedules are released and you have a conflict between two required classes.

Bonus points if it is more than two.

Raising the minimum wage to a livable wage would not only benefit workers and their families, it would also have positive impacts on the economy and society. Studies have shown that by increasing the minimum wage, poverty and inequality can be reduced by enabling workers to meet their basic needs and reducing income disparities.

I come from a low-income family. A family, like many others in the United States, which has lived paycheck to paycheck. My family and other families in my community have been trying to make ends meet by living on the minimum wage. We are proof that it doesn't work.

As an English Major in college, I have a lot of writing and especially creative writing pieces that I work on throughout the semester and sometimes, I'll find it hard to get the motivation to type a few pages and the thought process that goes behind it. April Ludgate

Every college student knows and understands the struggle of forcing themselves to continue to care about school. Between the piles of homework, the hours of studying and the painfully long lectures, the desire to dropout is something that is constantly weighing on each and every one of us, but the glimmer of hope at the end of the tunnel helps to keep us motivated. While we are somehow managing to stay enrolled and (semi) alert, that does not mean that our inner-demons aren't telling us otherwise, and who is better to explain inner-demons than the beloved April Ludgate herself? Because of her dark-spirit and lack of filter, April has successfully been able to describe the emotional roller-coaster that is college on at least 13 different occasions and here they are.
