OK, I'll admit it. I'm an online shopping addict. There's just something so satisfying knowing that anything I want can be mine with just the click of a button. If you're an online shopping addict just like me, here are a few things that you know all too well.

1. Your mailman has become one of your new best buds

You see them often enough that you're practically on a first name basis and not just because your name is on the package.

2. Trying to figure out what size to order can be the ultimate struggle

3. You’ve definitely received a package that you don’t remember ordering

5. You know just how satisfying it is to rip open a new package

Giphy

It's like Christmas or your birthday almost every day of the week.

6. You’ve probably had to delete apps from your favorite store off of your phone

Giphy

... just so you wouldn't keep buying things. We both know there's no such thing as "just looking."

7. You don’t remember subscribing to more than half of the store email lists that you are signed up for

8. You’ve definitely added extra items to your cart just for that free shipping

Giphy

Of course, it was a smart decision to buy that shirt in all five colors. You really needed that unicorn paperweight anyways. In the end, it was totally worth it for the free shipping.

9. Once your paycheck is deposited, it’s pretty much gone within the next few days

Giphy

10. There’s nothing quite as stressful as debating whether or not you should buy that item that’s been sitting in your cart

Giphy

What if they run out of my size? But what if it goes on sale? What if they all sell out? But what if it goes on sale?

11. Speaking of sales, you hands down know the start date and the finish date of all your favorite stores' online sales

12. You’re more likely to be caught flipping between Amazon, Urban Outfitters, and Forever 21 than you are through your social media

13. How many of those Instagram shop ads are you guilty of clicking on?

Giphy

Let's be real.

14. Forget Black Friday

We all know Cyber Monday is where it's at.

15. You definitely bought way more than you’ll ever need for someone who sits at home and shops online

Giphy

16. Whoever you live with is probably concerned about your shopping addiction

Giphy

Whether it's your parents, roommate, significant other, your spending habits have probably come up in conversation at least once.

17. One thing is for sure though, we could be addicted to much worse

The Great Christmas Movie Debate

"A Christmas Story" is the star on top of the tree.

One staple of the Christmas season is sitting around the television watching a Christmas movie with family and friends. But of the seemingly hundreds of movies, which one is the star on the tree? Some share stories of Santa to children ("Santa Claus Is Coming to Town"), others want to spread the Christmas joy to adults ("It's a Wonderful Life"), and a select few are made to get laughs ("Elf"). All good movies, but merely ornaments on the Christmas tree of the best movies. What tops the tree is a movie that bridges the gap between these three movies, and makes it a great watch for anyone who chooses to watch it. Enter the timeless Christmas classic, "A Christmas Story." Created in 1983, this movie holds the tradition of capturing both young and old eyes for 24 straight hours on its Christmas Day marathon. It gets the most coverage out of all holiday movies, but the sheer amount of times it's on television does not make it the greatest. Why is it,
then? A Christmas Story does not try to tell the tale of a Christmas miracle or use Christmas magic to move the story. What it does do though is tell the real story of Christmas. It is relatable and brings out the unmatched excitement of children on Christmas in everyone who watches. Every one becomes a child again when they watch "A Christmas Story."

It’s here; that time of year when college students turn into preschoolers again. We cry for our mothers, eat everything in sight, and whine when we don’t get our way.
