I'm a true kid at heart. I get super excited during Christmas, 4th of July and just about any other fun holiday. My mood skyrockets whenever ice cream is involved. I still giggle with "Ooh's and Aah's" at every Disney movie known to man.

Disney's newest release features the headstrong, kind-hearted daughter of the Chief: Moana. This movie is totally BA, and if you haven't seen it yet, I suggest you do. Throughout this film, Moana teaches viewers of all ages many valuable life lessons. Check out what I learned from her!

1. Always follow your heart

2. Stand strong...even when life throws you places

6. Family and tradition are important

7. It's OK to fail
