Here are 15 life hacks that actually sound pretty legit.
1) Jumping rope can help you burn 300 calories in just 15 minutes.
2) Watermelon can cure a headache.
3) Matcha is better for you than coffee, but just as energizing.
4) Coconut oil helps with basically everything.
5) Grapefruit will literally burn the fat off your body.
6) Aloe vera will smooth skin and fade acne scars.
7) Vitamin E Oil can make your lashes and brows thicker.
8) Napping is actually healthy.
9) Lemon juice and baking soda can remove black heads.
10) Crunches are not the best way to get a 6 pack.
11) Drink at least 7 glasses of water a day.
12) Exfoliate your legs with exfoliating gloves instead of a scrub.
