4 Time Madea Explained Life

Going through life is a daily struggle. There are days when you are heartbroken and there are days of happiness. There are days of anger and there are days to be joyous. There are also days when you have to pray to the lord asking for patience because you are about to come off not so christian...at least that is what I learned from watching Madea over the years. Although Madea is a character created by Tyler Perry, there are a few times that Madea accurately quoted life and gave strict instructions how to make it through this so called thing called life.

1. "Ain't nobody said it was gonna be easy, but it will get easy when you learn how to love yourself."

The key to loving someone else begins with loving yourself. This is a step a lot of people struggle with. Of course everyone has their flaws, but do not fret on what you can not change. Every one has a past. The only way someone can forgive you and love you is by forgiving and loving yourself first.

2. "The best revenge you can get on a person who tells you something like that, is to prove them wrong. "

So many times we seek revenge. Madea says it best with this simple quote. PROVE THEM WRONG! Kill them with kindness, sweetie. Kill them with kindness. Show them that you are the bigger person here.

3. "I don't understand why people want to be a victim. Your mama did this, your daddy did that. All they had to do was give you life and however good or however bad it was, now it's up to YOU to make something of it. "

We are not our parents. We are not our siblings. We are not our "hood". We are who we choose to be. Don't make yourself the victim. Overcome those obstacles and be the best you can be. Write your story.

4.. "Some people'll come in your life for a lifetime, and some'll come for a season. You got to know which is which. And you're gonna always mess up when you mix those seasonal people up with lifetime expectations. They got people that got married to people they was only supposed to be with for a season and they wonder why they're having so much hell in their life. That was the person that was supposed to come and teach you one thing.Listen, I put everybody that come in my life in the category of a tree. Some people are like leaves on a tree. If the wind blows, they're over here, they're unstable. Blow the other way, they're over here. if seasons change, they wither and die, they're gone. But that's alright, that's some people. Most people in the world are like that. They're just there to take from the tree, they ain't there to do nothing but take and give shade every now and then. That's all they can do. But don't get mad at people like that, that's who they are. They ain't never gonna be nothing, that's what they put on this earth for, to be what they are: A LEAF. Some people are like a branch on that tree. You gotta be careful with them branches too because they'll fool you. They'll get there and make you think that they're a good friend and they're real strong. But the minute you step out there on them, they'll break and they'll leave you high and dry. But if you find two or three people in your life that's like the roots at the bottom of that tree, you are blessed because they're the kind of people who ain't going nowhere. They ain't worried about being seen, don't nobody have to know that they know you, they ain't got to know what they're doing for you. But if those roots weren't there, that tree couldn't live, you understand? A tree can have a hundred million branches but only a few roots down at the bottom to make sure it gets everything they need. I'm telling you, Sonny, when you get you some roots, you better hold on to them because the rest of them, you let them go. Let folks go! "

There is no possible way to go around the people that come into your life. You will constantly meet new people every day. But the main question is, how do you go about it when they leave? Not everyone will stay in your life. Madea/Tyler Perry says it best, stating that some people come into your life like a season. They are not supposed to stay for a lifetime. They may just be helping you find your path.

Sometimes you just have to sit back, and quote Madea. Madea had a hard life. Madea was not scared of life. Madea attacked life. Be like Madea.

Wait....be the GOOD Madea. Don't go to prison...ain't nobody got time for that...or the funds.

I think the hardest thing about going away to college is figuring out how to become an adult. Leaving a household where your parents took care of literally everything (thanks, Mom!) and suddenly becoming your own boss is overwhelming. I feel like I'm doing a pretty good job of being a grown-up, but once in awhile I do something that really makes me feel like I'm #adulting. Twenty-somethings know what I'm talking about.

I went to a small high school, like 120-people-in-my-graduating-class small. It definitely had some good and some bad, and if you also went to a small high school, I’m sure you’ll relate to the things that I went through.

1. If something happens, everyone knows about it

Who hooked up with whom at the party? Yeah, heard about that an hour after it happened. You failed a test? Sorry, saw on Twitter last period. Facebook fight or, God forbid, real fight? It was on half the class’ Snapchat story half an hour ago. No matter what you do, someone will know about it.

Chandler Bing

I'm assuming that we've all heard of the hit 90's TV series, Friends, right? Who hasn't? Admittedly, I had pretty low expectations when I first started binge watching the show on Netflix, but I quickly became addicted.

Without a doubt, Chandler Bing is the most relatable character, and there isn't an episode where I don't find myself thinking, Yup, Iam definitely the Chandler of my friend group.

Working with the public can be a job, in and of itself. Some people are just plain rude for no reason. But regardless of how your day is going, always having to be in the best of moods, or at least act like it... right?

1. When a customer wants to return a product, hands you the receipt, where is printed "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" in all caps.

2. Just because you might be having a bad day, and you're in a crappy mood, doesn't make it okay for you to yell at me or be rude to me. I'm a person with feelings, just like you.

3. People refusing to be put on hold when a customer is standing right in front of you. Oh, how I wish I could just hang up on you!
