The unstoppable, unbreakable, crazy, fantastic, fab five. When I think about that, the fab five, I think about all the laughter, the crying, the photo ops, the videos, the sleepovers, the group messages, the boy talk, the memories, and of course the Snuggies and Pillow Pets. But most of all, I think about the unbelievable friendship that came with it, the sisterhood. I can’t help but be thankful for it, for all the years that we were inseparable, all the weekends we spent together, all the memories that we shared, and all the love that we had and still have for each other.
It's strange to think that all of those sleepovers were as long ago as they were because it feels like yesterday when we would have the five of us squished into one room, planning out what to wear and where we would take pictures. We would blast the music and sing along, driving our parents insane, but it was worth it and they loved it just as much. I look at all those pictures now and can’t help but laugh at us because I still remember what we were doing or where we were. We would do the craziest things, more often than not we would do the stupidest things, but we had fun and loved every second of it because we were together. We allowed ourselves to act like we were psychotic. Even when people made fun of us or judged us we loved it because we were having a good time together. We had our names written on the bathroom wall, a label that would follow us around for years, and some killer bathroom dance parties that may or may not have resulted in broken doors; not to mention all the other countless memories that we have shared. Queen Sapphire and Jenkins Mcurnoff, may their marriage last. Choreographed dances to songs because we were just that cool, as well as our own parts to sing. Black light music videos that were the best things posted on Facebook. A lineup that would never be broken, not even for one picture; and the unbreakable lunch table.
I’m seriously thankful for you girls. All those memories that I will certainly never forget. The true friendship that we had and the times we were able to just hangout and have a great time. We were there for each other through everything no matter what, it was us against the world and I thank you guys for that. The friendship that we shared throughout all those years was seriously incredible and I appreciate everything you have ever done for me. All the late nights, long talks, and laughter that we shared. We went through everything with each other literally by our sides, we were better together.
As we graduate high school and move off in our own directions even more so than we already have I just wanted to make one last shoutout to the girls that made school so great. I wish you all nothing but the best in what you do with the next four years and beyond. So here’s to all of those crazy times we have shared throughout the years and all the reunions to come. I’ll never forget those times and am glad we took all those pictures to look back on and laugh. Thank you for everything and for being such great friends, thank you for being my sisters. The bond we have goes far beyond the distance we have between us. I have no doubt that no matter what happens we would all still be there for each other in a second no matter what. Know that I’m always a phone call away despite how long it’s been, you all mean so much to me and I love each of you so much; long live the fab five. Hoyeh.
P.S. You will always be my top four on Myspace.
