A Letter to Teachers Who Assign Homework Over Spring Break

Dear Beloved Teachers / Professors,

A break is a break. Therefore, I do not wish to be doing 5 hours of unnecessarily assigned homework while I am on a plane home from Florida! Why must you assign us students work when you know that we will be stressing out about it and putting it off until the last minute? As Ross from Friends says it best, "WE WERE ON A BREAK!" Please, for the love of all that is good and mighty, take into consideration that a break should be a break from schoolwork and obligations of the similar sort.

Ah, yes, good old Hauppauge. We are that town in the dead center of Long Island that barely anyone knows how to pronounce unless they're from the town itself or live in a nearby area.
