As my family, friends and random people from high school I still have on Facebook know... I am a Democrat! (I'll wait for the gasp!) Okay with that said, it is Presidential election season as most of you know. So that means it is the time where everyone pretty much talks made s*%t about other parties but it is getting out of hand. I have gotten told countless times that I am a moron for voting for Hillary and that I am even going to Hell. I'm sure it is the same for people who are voting Trump.

While I personally hate Trump as I hate gifilte fish, everyone has the right to vote for whoever they want to. The colonists came to America to escape persecution and we have the freedom to believe in whatever you want. We do not live in a country where we all think and act the same and all have to vote for one person. The American government is full of people who believe in all sorts of different things from abortion to small government. While I am a Democrat and do not believe in what a lot of the Republican party stands for, this is America and that is okay!

I just watched a Tomi Lahren video and she called Hillary supporters morons, personally I did not take offense because I don't like her but that is what got me thinking about why can't people just respect other peoples political parties? This happens on both sides and the other political parties. So to the people who say Trump supporters are going to Hell or that Hillary supporters are morons, all I have to say is shut up. We like in a country where we can vote for whoever you want! So if you want to vote for Jill Stein, then you know what that's your right as an American of the United States. So just stop, just let people believe in whoever they want for POTUS. While you may not like it, just get over it. You will not change my mind and you will not change any one else's mind about their political affiliation.

So just stop and be thankful we live in a country where people can have their own believes and thoughts other than yours. The whole point of America is to have that diversity and for us to not live in a communist country where everyone is the same. So just let people be and if you want to argue okay go for it, just don't be rude and call them morons or other cruel names just because they don't believe in the same party as you.

In honor of Mother’s Day, I have been thinking of all the things my mom does for my family and me. Although I couldn’t write nearly all of them, here are a few things that moms do for us.

They find that shirt that’s right in front of you, but just you can’t seem to find.

10 Reasons To Thank Your Best Friend

Take the time to thank that one friend in your life you will never let go of.

Thank You on wooden blocks

1. Thank you for being the one I can always count on to be honest.

A true friend will tell you if the shirt is ugly, or at least ask to borrow it and "accidentally" burn it.

2. Thank you for accepting me for who I am.

A best friend will love you regardless of the stale french fries you left on the floor of your car, or when you had lice in 8th grade and no one wanted to talk to you.

Do as I say, not as I do.

Your eyes widen in horror as you stare at your phone. Beads of sweat begin to saturate your palm as your fingers tremble in fear. The illuminated screen reads, "Missed Call: Mom."

Growing up with strict parents, you learn that a few things go unsaid. Manners are everything. Never talk back. Do as you're told without question. Most importantly, you develop a system and catch on to these quirks that strict parents have so that you can play their game and do what you want.

"Friends" maybe didn’t have everything right or realistic all the time, but they did have enough episodes to create countless reaction GIFs and enough awesomeness to create, well, the legacy they did. Something else that is timeless, a little rough, but memorable? Living away from the comforts of home. Whether you have an apartment, a dorm, your first house, or some sort of residence that is not the house you grew up in, I’m sure you can relate to most of these!
