A Letter To My Loving Family

No family is perfect. We argue, we fight, we even stop talking to each other at times, but in the end family is family. The love will always be there.

Dear family,

You guys are my everything. I know that I don’t say it enough but you guys are all that I have. You guys mean so much to me and I can’t explain how much I appreciate you guys. You guys are my world, my rocks. You are my support system. My laughter. My love. I love you guys more than you will ever know.

Thank you for walking by my side and holding my hand when things get tough. Thank you for helping me stay strong and for seeing my nasty side but loving me anyways. Thank you for your endless support and keeping me grounded. Thank you for making me laugh when I didn’t want to and holding me when I cry.

I’m sorry. I’m sorry for my bad days. I’m sorry for days that I hurt you or disappointed you. I’m sorry for days that I let you down or made you feel like I wasn’t supporting you or if you felt like I was picking something or someone else over you. I would never pick anything over you guys

You guys are the real MVPs. You guys put up with me every day and barely ever complain. I don’t think anyone else could do that. You guys stick with me on days where I wouldn’t even be able to stay with me. You rarely ever complain and if you do, it’s completely justified. Thank you guys for all that you have done for me, and all that you will continue you to do for me. You guys are so amazing. I love you all so much.

Love,

Me

Most of us have already started the spring semester, and for those of you who haven't started yet, you suck.

It seems like coming back from winter break wouldn't really be a break all things considered, since we all come back to school and pick up right where we left off. We know exactly what to expect, yet we're unprepared every single time.

I'm serious

There are tons of unisex names that are popular: Taylor, Alex, Bailey, etc. There are also numerous names that are used for both sexes, but they’re not seen as “unisex” yet. People are slowly becoming accustomed to the dual use of these names, but for the most part, in their minds they associate certain names with certain sexes. And that leaves those of us with these names in many awkward situations.

You know that all of these things apply to you. You'll just never tell.

I'm an anthropology major, and I love every minute of it. I couldn't tell you why, but I guess there's just something about studying different lifestyles that absolutely fascinates me. But anthropology majors definitely have our weird sides, especially when you go to a school that is filled with mostly Business and Bio majors. But us weirdos definitely have a lot in common, specifically these 16 things.

pale girl

Everyone has insecurities, that's just a fact. You didn't ask to be born this way. You didn't ask to inherit the one trait no one else in your family has. And you definitely didn't ask to be this ghostly white. But as soon as you've learned to live with it for a while (less wrinkles later on in life, right? right???) someone has to ruin it for you. They have to flaunt they're perfectly tanned body from Spring Break and hold their sun-kissed skin against yours. But I've had enough... here are the things that perpetually pale individuals are tired of hearing.

music sheet

Being a music major is not all kicks and giggles. In fact, there are days when I question my sanity and doubt myself as a musician. I know I am not the only one going through the struggle, and so here are 13 GIFs that I know my fellow music majors can relate to...
