Dear Little,

I want you to know that I will always, always, always be here for you. I also want you to know that I literally love you to the moon and back. I am so thankful to have you as my little. There are some things that I want you to know.

I promise that I will be there at 4 a.m. when you need someone to talk to.

I promise that I will be there to hopefully make you laugh (even though I tell some cheesy and dumb jokes).

I promise that I will try to make you happy, even when you don’t want to be happy, and especially when you don’t want to be happy.

I promise to have your back no matter what.

I promise to tell you the truth, even if it hurts your feelings at first.

I promise to binge watch shows and movies with you.

I promise to bring you soup when you are sick.

I promise to love you.

I know that college is stressful, and I know that life is stressful, but I will try to be the best “big sister” you have ever had. I will try to be someone that you can look up to and come to with your problems. I will be your biggest fan and support you no matter what you decide to do in life. I may not always be just a couple miles from you, but I hope you know that I will always just be a phone call or text message away.

We may not always agree on everything, but that’s what makes us perfect. We aren’t exactly the same. We are alike in may ways, but different in many ways too and that’s what brings us closer. It’s like we are the perfect puzzle pieces. Together we make the whole picture, but we are two different pieces.

I cannot wait to continue to make so many memories with you. I cannot wait to see where life takes us both. No matter what happens, where we end up, I will always be your big. I will always love you. I will always protect you. I will be proud of you. You won’t just be my little till we graduate and become alumni, we will always be big and little. No one can ever take that away from us.
