Hey guys!

First off, I just wanted to say that I am SO glad that God led us to each other. Our bond is something that I hope will never be broken and something that I am insanely thankful for. I truly believe that it is rare to find one person, let alone three other people who share the same common likes and interests as you. You guys are setting up college to be one fun adventure, and I personally cannot wait to start it with you guys.

You three will always hold a special place in my heart. Becoming best friends with you guys has opened my eyes up to many things and I never want that to end. You all have such totally different personalities and I can already see them starting to rub off on me. The year that we spend living in a tiny, tiny dorm suite, will be the best year of my life, and I could not be more excited for it.

I want you all to never forget that I am always there for you. I am always a call or text away. I am there for everything from boy problems, to breakdowns over school to needed a ride home after a party. You guys are so important to me and I would hate to see anything bad happen to you. I can only hope you would do the same for me.

I am SO excited for rush week with you guys. I feel like it will only grow our bond tighter as we share our love for Greek life together. I cannot wait for football games, which will probably cause us so much stress (even if we are the number one ranked team in the country, roll tide,) Homecoming activities are going to be so much fun, I cannot wait to do all the cute things that the campus is going to offer us that week. I am so ready to decorate our dorm and make everything ours!

It seems so unreal right now, but in about eight months we will be living somewhere completely new. Without our families. Although, we are away from them, we are going to create such a beautiful sisterhood, whether it is through sorority or not. I cannot wait to grow our friendship even more, and create a sisterhood even better than we have now. Our love for football, television, Christmas time and everything girly is something I am ready to see come out more and more as the months approach towards move in day.

Again, I am so glad that God gave me you three. A bond like ours is so rare and something that I do not anticipate ever being broken. You all will be forever a huge part of my life and I cannot thank you enough for choosing me to be your roommate. Here's to the next four years. Roll tide!

New year, new semester, not the same old thing. This semester will be a semester to redeem all the mistakes made in the previous five months.

1. I will wake up (sorta) on time for class.

Let's face it, last semester you woke up with enough time to brush your teeth and get to class and even then you were about 10 minutes late and rollin' in with some pretty unfortunate bed head. This semester we will set our alarms, wake up with time to get ready, and get to class on time!

And so it begins.

1. Walk in motivated and ready to rock

Camping out at the library is not for the faint of heart. You need to go in as a warrior. You usually have brought supplies (laptop, chargers, and textbooks) and sustenance (water, snacks, and blanket/sweatpants) since the battle will be for an undetermined length of time. Perhaps it is one assignment or perhaps it's four. You are motivated and prepared; you don’t doubt the assignment(s) will take time, but you know it couldn’t be that long.

December... it's full of finals, due dates, Mariah Carey, and the holidays. It's the worst time of the year, but the best because after finals, you get to not think about classes for a month and catch up on all the sleep you lost throughout the semester. But what's worse than finals week is the last week of classes, when all the due dates you've put off can no longer be put off anymore.

Thanksgiving break is over and Christmas is just around the corner and that means, for most college students, one hellish thing — finals week. It's the one time of year in which the library becomes over populated and mental breakdowns are most frequent. There is no way to avoid it or a cure for the pain that it brings. All we can do is hunker down with our books, order some Dominos, and pray that it will all be over soon. Luckily, we are not alone in this suffering. To prove it, here are just a few of the many deranged thoughts that go through a college student's mind during finals week.

I know every college student has daily thoughts throughout their day. Whether you're walking on campus or attending class, we always have thoughts running a mile a minute through our heads. We may be wondering why we even showed up to class because we'd rather be sleeping, or when the professor announces that we have a test and you have an immediate panic attack.
