Dear Best Friend,
Some people meet their best friends when they were little, or sometime along the way with school.
But that's what makes us different! We met at work, we were both hosts at the time and I was new to the company. Fast forward, to us both getting transferred to being door leads. We had so many laughs and got asked on the daily if we were twins or even sisters. And not long after, that's what we became. We became each other's twin! And wondered often how the supervisors tolerated both of us up there. I am blessed that we have the friendship we do! So here are a few things I haven't thanked you for lately.
Thank you for the laughs
And being the cause of most of them.
Thanks for the endless Twin dates!
From IHOP, Zhenders, going to flint to see the puppies and so many more!
Thanks for putting up with me on the daily!
From the complaints to the "Oh Haley's", to the rants and silliness that comes with it.
Thank you for being honest and not afraid to tell me the truth!
From shopping to boys! Thanks for telling me your honest opinion, and tell me "I told you so" When you need to!
Thanks for helping me through the hard times!
Life isn't always picture perfect unlike our selfies, but you made them bearable!
And being there for so many of the best!
From New Years to your birthday, to the mischief we get into!
Thanks for being my partner in crime!
Who else would go along with my outrageous ideas?
Thanks for tolerating my terrible driving!
And being fully accepting of it.
Thanks for liking every article of mine that gets published!
Let's get a like and a share on this one?
Who would have thought it all started at a chicken restaurant? Even though we now have different titles at work, we have a crazy friendship that is the absolute best! I probably should have thanked our managers for not firing us. But I think that's implied at this point! College gets us stressed but with the help of each other we some how manage to get through even the toughest of classes - Biology, Math, Anatomy!
As busy season approaches, here's to the chicken I serve, the parties you tell the hosts to seat me and the endless laughs and complaints that come with it!
Love,
Your Twin!
