Whether you want to admit it or not, you are slowly but surely becoming me. I am blessed to not only know you, but to call you my mini me. So, my lovely mini me, this one's for you.
Dear mini me,
Wow! So first, let me say how proud I am of you! You have accomplished so much in your life and I know you have so much else in store. I wouldn't want to call anyone else besides you my mini me. Here are a few things I want you to know.
First, you are a gorgeous girl. I know it can be tough to believe that some days, but you are gorgeous, both inside and out. Be confident, and don't worry about that one pimple that just showed up out of the blue. Whether you choose to believe it or not, it will eventually go away! And chances are, nobody has noticed it, because they're too busy staring at how gorgeous you are.
I am beyond proud of you. You have grown up to be such an amazing girl who has conquered so much. You are a strong girl who has the kindest heart. Don't let anyone bring you down. Which, I know that can be hard to do, but don't sweat the small stuff. Just keep being you, because nobody does you better!
I am so lucky to get to claim you as my mini me. We were basically meant to be big me and mini me. You are in my phone as "mini me," you are in my Snapchat as "mini me." When people ask who that is, I don't just say, "Oh that's my friend." Instead, I immediately tell them "That's my fabulous mini me!" it really is crazy how much we are alike. When we're together, it's kinda like we're the same person. I have no idea how people can handle that!
Leaving you behind when I went to college was one of the hardest things ever. It's not easy not being able to run into you in the halls and scream "HI, MINI ME!" as loud as I possibly can. Yes, when I did that, I did get a couple of judgmental stares, but the thing is, I didn't care, because you are my mini me and therefore, I have the right to let the world know how lucky I am to have you!
Watching you grow into the spectacular woman that you've become amazes me because how far you've come, and I couldn't be prouder. But I want you to remember to not grow up too fast, because you will look back on theses days and smile and laugh at the memories. There's so many things that I look back on and I laugh at the memories I've made. You will remember these days, and you will miss them when they're gone. You think to yourself that you won't, I know, because that's what I thought. But I promise you that you will.
So, mini me, remember this. I love you with all of my heart. I am always going to be here for you. I am just one text or call away.
