To everyone going into their last semester of college:

Congratulations! I know you never thought this day would come, but it's finally here. All of those late nights studying for tests and furiously writing papers have paid off. You're going to graduate college at the end of the semester and start a career in a field you love; that's something to celebrate. Despite all the hardships and challenges you faced throughout college, big or small, it was worth it, because you're equipped with the skills you need and are ready to face the world. You can leave college feeling confident that you'll succeed in your career of choice. I know the job search process will be nerve-wracking, but it should be exciting, too. As cliché as it sounds, you're ready to begin the next chapter in your life. I know you're scared, but it's going to be worth it because opportunities will come your way. Don't let yourself be plagued by a case of senioritis; as anxious as you are to graduate, you should also savor the last days of college. Enjoy the last days you have with your friends. Wow your professors and kick butt this semester; do the best you can. Persevere and don't hold back because it will be worth it in the end.
