A letter To College Students Who Just Finished Their Finals

Breathe,

You are okay!

You did it! You took your finals and you survived. There were time when you thought about quitting, but you didn’t, you stuck through it all, and I am so proud of you! You may think that no one notices how tired you are, or how mentally and physically exhausted you are. Your family noticed, but they didn't want you to think too much of it, they wanted you to think about your finals. They were rooting for you, everyone was, but many didn’t want to bother you when you were studying to say good luck. Everyone went through what you went through, so everyone knew how you felt. Why do you think professors wish everyone good luck right before an exam. They mean it, they want you to know that they hope you succeed now and in your future, with test and your career and with your life. But it's over now! You did it!!! I am so proud of you.

Ah, yes, good old Hauppauge. We are that town in the dead center of Long Island that barely anyone knows how to pronounce unless they're from the town itself or live in a nearby area. Hauppauge is home to people of all kinds. We always have new families joining the community but honestly, the majority of the town is filled with people who never leave (high school alumni) and elders who have raised their kids here.
