How amazing is it to live in a time where females have gained so much empowerment from each other? So very recently, I have been overwhelmed by the love and support I've been getting on a daily basis from the inspiring women around me. I am blessed to have such an amazing group of women who are constant reminders of what it means to be beautiful, intelligent, and inspiring. I find these women all around me, whether it is in family, friends or public figures that I can truly look up to. If I ever forget how strong or important I am, I have these women to look to and remind me how meaningful my life is. I know we can all rely on the reassurance from other women around us, but a lot of the times we forget how special we really are and how the best empowerment comes from within. So, here is your reminder of how truly astonishing you are.

First and foremost, you need to know that you are beautiful in every way possible. Your mind is beautiful and your heart is beautiful. With this internal beauty, you radiate the best kind of light that inspires everyone around you. During the times you feel like you're giving it your all you need to remember that your hard work and dedication never goes unnoticed. Your drive and passion makes you stronger than you realize. You effortlessly make someone's day, even when you don't know it. Your kindness and warmth makes everyone around you at ease. However, you are not afraid to hold your ground and always defend what you believe in. You do amazing things every single day that makes the world a better place. Never forget to give yourself as much love as you radiate out into the world, because you are just as important as anyone else.

Always remember to give yourself credit for how strong and incredible you are. If you ever need a reminder of that, you can look to any of us for help. Remember that we need to lift each other up, especially our fellow women, because we can find strength in each other. We are here to leave our mark on the world and impact everyone else in the best way possible. I am truly proud to stand along side you as a woman. Thank you for being you.

birthday party

My birthday has never been my favorite holiday. I've found that I'm more excited to celebrate my friends' and family members' birthdays more than my own. I don't like being the center of attention, so I usually celebrate over dinner with a small group of family and friends. This way, I can enjoy myself naturally without feeling like I have to entertain everyone and make sure they are satisfied. In the past when I've had large parties, I was so nervous that people weren't perfectly content that I didn't enjoy myself at my own celebration.

College Informations

Most of us have already started the spring semester, and for those of you who haven't started yet, you suck.

It seems like coming back from winter break wouldn't really be a break all things considered, since we all come back to school and pick up right where we left off. We know exactly what to expect, yet we're unprepared every single time.

I'm serious

There are tons of unisex names that are popular: Taylor, Alex, Bailey, etc. There are also numerous names that are used for both sexes, but they’re not seen as “unisex” yet. People are slowly becoming accustomed to the dual use of these names, but for the most part, in their minds they associate certain names with certain sexes. And that leaves those of us with these names in many awkward situations.

I'm an anthropology major, and I love every minute of it. I couldn't tell you why, but I guess there's just something about studying different lifestyles that absolutely fascinates me. But anthropology majors definitely have our weird sides, especially when you go to a school that is filled with mostly Business and Bio majors. But us weirdos definitely have a lot in common, specifically these 16 things.

pale girl

Everyone has insecurities, that's just a fact. You didn't ask to be born this way. You didn't ask to inherit the one trait no one else in your family has. And you definitely didn't ask to be this ghostly white. But as soon as you've learned to live with it for a while (less wrinkles later on in life, right? right???) someone has to ruin it for you. They have to flaunt they're perfectly tanned body from Spring Break and hold their sun-kissed skin against yours. But I've had enough... here are the things that perpetually pale individuals are tired of hearing.
