Dear Granny,
Thank you. Thank you for everything. Literally everything. Thank you for blasting old school tapes while driving to church on Sundays in your Ford Explorer with the red interior. Thank you for waiting with me at the bus stop. Thank you for also playing every game I made up while waiting on the bus, including name that tune. Thank you for always putting sugar in my Cheerios, because it literally makes them so much better. Thanks for teaching me that peanuts in your Coke is the best snack. Thank you for supporting me through it all. Singing stuff, school stuff, graduations... You name it, you were there, for me and all your grand babies. Thank you for always cheering on the Dawgs, even though you grew up a Tech fan (ew). Thank you for being the best mom to my mom and thank you for teaching her how to be the best mom for me. Also, thank you for being such a motherly figure to my dad instead of the evil mother-in-law thing that some moms do. Thank you for also teaching me that family is the biggest blessing we have. Thank you for showing me what it's like to love with every ounce of your being. Thank you for simply just being you.
I guess what I am trying to say is, I hope you never feel unappreciated. I know your children and grandchildren all feel this way about you. We all love you with every ounce of our being, because that's how you taught us to love.
We love you to the moon and back Granny!
Love,
Your family

PS We also thank you for making the best homemade biscuits ever!
