Dear Pledge Daughter,

In just two short weeks you will know who I am. It is so crazy to me that I am old enough to actually finally be a pledge mom, but I can't wait for you to meet me.

I can't wait to spoil you. I may not be very good at crafting, but I already love you so much and cannot wait to spoil you with basket after basket during pledge mom week. I hope I get you everything that you want and that you'll be happy with what you get. Especially on food day, because that's my favorite day of pledge mom week!

I also hope you love out family. Our family is currently pretty small, with only two people making it up right now. I can't wait for you to join us so that we'll have a big family of three and to hopefully become close with all of us so that we can do fun family activities together.

I want you to know that I will always be here for you. That's what a pledge mom is for. I want you to know that you can always come to me with any questions you have, whether it be about our sorority, or school, or just life in general. I want you to know that I will always be here to have a movie night, ice cream night, or any other night that you may need to have. Because it's what I'm here for.

I am so excited to guide you through your first year in this sorority, to guide you through initiation week, and to guide you through initiation. Always remember that I will be here for you every single step of the way and to never be afraid to ask me any questions or come to me with any concerns that you may have.

I can not wait to spoil you, and love you, and grow close with you. I also can't wait to completely trick you during pledge mom week so that you have absolutely no idea that I'm your mom!

And I can't wait to see your face when I run to you and you officially know that it's me. I hope you end up loving this sorority as much as I do, because from now on we'll be in this together.

Already love you so much,

Your Pledge Mom

If I have learned one thing in my lifetime, it is that friends are a privilege. No one is required to give you their company and yet there is some sort of shared connection that keeps you together. And from that friendship, you may even find yourself lucky enough to have a few more friends, thus forming a group. Here are just a few signs that prove your current friend group is the ultimate friend group.

When it comes to television, there’s very few sets of on-screen siblings that a lot of us can relate to. Only those who have grown up with siblings knows what it feels like to fight, prank, and love a sibling. Ross and Monica Geller were definitely overbearing and overshared some things through the series of "Friends," but they captured perfectly what real siblings feel in real life. Some of their antics were funny, some were a little weird but all of them are completely relatable to brothers and sisters everywhere.

College is a great place to meet people, especially through Greek life. If you look closely at sororities, you'll quickly see there are many different types of girls you will meet.

1. The Legacy.

Her sister was a member, her mom was a member, all of her aunts were members, and her grandma was a member. She has been waiting her whole life to wear these letters and cried hysterically on bid day. Although she can act entitled at times, you can bet she is one of the most enthusiastic sisters.

Every kid in college and/or high school dreams of summer the moment they walk through the door on the first day back in September. It becomes harder and harder to focus in classes and while doing assignments as the days get closer. The winter has been lagging, the days are short and dark, and no one is quite themselves due to lack of energy and sunlight. Let's face it: life is ten times better in the summertime.
