Dear Forever Friends,

Since this article will be published just a couple days before Thanksgiving, I have been thinking about all of the things that I have to be thankful for and you guys were one the first things to come to my mind. So here goes the best attempt I'll ever have at thanking you for all that you do.

Thank you guys for being my biggest support team and always being there for me. I know I have told all of you at some point or another in my life thank you for being there but seriously THANK YOU! You have no clue how much you all mean to me especially when I just need some encouragement or a listening ear at 2 A.M. I can not think of anyone else I would want to call than you guys!

Thank you for always being up for my crazy, last-minute adventures. Whether it be going to a football game, riding around 'til 3 A.M. or grabbing some of that good 'ole Eastern Kentucky mexican food I can always count on you all. I know that each of you have came into my life for a reason and this one is just one of the million. I love that I have friends that will always be down for any kind of hanging out at most any hour.

Thank you for the lessons each of you have taught me. I have watched so many things happen throughout our friendships, whether it be conflict or anything crazy I have learned a little something from all of you. I have learned that being myself is the best way to live my life. I have learned that once a friend always a friend applies to each of you, no matter the stupid things I can do. So thank you for teaching me a little more about life than I could have learned on my own.

Thank you for the best advice any girl could ever ask for. As most of you know I have gotten myself into some messes over the years and my life has taken some crazy turns, but you all have always been there with a listening ear and some of the best advice I have ever heard. And thanks for always being willing to give me advice no matter the situation.

Thank you for keeping all my secrets. You all seriously know more about me than I do and that is extremely scary. I have told you all some pretty deep stuff and I am so thankful to have friends that listen with no judgement and keep it all just between us.

Finally, thank you for being YOU! Each of you have had such a special impact on my life in so many different ways and I can never thank you enough for all that you have done to help make me and our friendship what it is today. I know that you all are my forever friends and will be there for all the major events for the rest of my life. I hope that each of you are blessed with joy and happiness forever and that our friendship stays this strong for the rest of my life. You are the people I want in my wedding, at the hospital after I have my children and the who I want to spend my older years with in a nursing home causing all kinds of chaos.

FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART, THANK YOU. I LOVE EACH OF YOU SO MUCH!

I'm serious

There are tons of unisex names that are popular: Taylor, Alex, Bailey, etc. There are also numerous names that are used for both sexes, but they’re not seen as “unisex” yet. People are slowly becoming accustomed to the dual use of these names, but for the most part, in their minds they associate certain names with certain sexes. And that leaves those of us with these names in many awkward situations.

You know that all of these things apply to you. You'll just never tell.

I'm an anthropology major, and I love every minute of it. I couldn't tell you why, but I guess there's just something about studying different lifestyles that absolutely fascinates me. But anthropology majors definitely have our weird sides, especially when you go to a school that is filled with mostly Business and Bio majors. But us weirdos definitely have a lot in common, specifically these 16 things.

pale girl

Everyone has insecurities, that's just a fact. You didn't ask to be born this way. You didn't ask to inherit the one trait no one else in your family has. And you definitely didn't ask to be this ghostly white. But as soon as you've learned to live with it for a while (less wrinkles later on in life, right? right???) someone has to ruin it for you. They have to flaunt they're perfectly tanned body from Spring Break and hold their sun-kissed skin against yours. But I've had enough... here are the things that perpetually pale individuals are tired of hearing.

Being a music major is not all kicks and giggles. In fact, there are days when I question my sanity and doubt myself as a musician. I know I am not the only one going through the struggle, and so here are 13 GIFs that I know my fellow music majors can relate to...
