A Thank You Letter To My Big

You're the Biggie to my Smalls

A Thank You Letter To My Big

Dear Biggie,

You have seen me at my worst, and you have seen me at my best. You have been there for me through awful boys who never realized my potential, which you always pointed out. You showered me with gifts for a whole week of my college year just to show me your love. You opened your doors to me when I needed a place to stay sometimes. You helped me get all dolled up for a great nigh out. You ate lunch with me when nobody else did. You chose me. And for you, I am grateful.

A lot of people take their bigs for granted. Some people only talk to their big when they need something. I love to be able to say that my big and I have an amazing relationship. The things that really make me smile are when I get a text in the middle of the week wishing me good luck on all my weekly stress and tests. When my big and I exchange gifts on holidays, it is always the most thoughtful stuff, accompanied by a cute, sweet note.

Unlike most, I had no idea who my Big was. I went a month after big/little pair up stalking instagrams and checking snapchat stories for the slightest slip-up in finding out who my big was. I was so excited for that night to come when I would find out. When I unwrapped my big, I couldn't have been happier. She made my life so much brighter that night.

My big is my #1 fan in everything I do. She is that call late at night when I need someone. She is my picture partner, my partner in crime. My twin. I can never thank her for everything she does for me, has done for me, and will continue to do for me. I lover her with all my heart, and I am forever thankful for her.

So thank you, Big, for everything. I can't wait for many more memories to come.

Always,

Your Little

18 Things I Want To Do Now That I'm 18

I'm technically an adult, so I'm legally required to live a little, right?

For the entirety of my high school career, I was always seen as the goody-two-shoes. I never got in trouble with a teacher, I kept stellar grades, and when I wasn't doing extracurricular activities, I was at home studying. Even when I did go out, it was usually with a bunch of fellow band geeks. The night would end before 11:00 PM and the only controversial activity would be a fight based on who unfairly won a round of Apples-to-Apples when someone else clearly had a better card (I promise I'm not still holding a grudge).

Now that I'm officially an adult, I want to pursue some new things. I want to experience life in a way that I never allowed myself to do prior to entering college. These are the years that I'm supposed to embark on a journey of self-discovery, so what better way to do that than to create a bucket list?

I've been super busy lately with school work, studying, etc. Besides the fact that I do nothing but AP chemistry and AP economics, I constantly think of stupid questions that are almost impossible to answer. So, maybe you could answer them for me, and if not then we can both wonder what the answers to these 15 questions could be.
