No matter on who you voted for, or who you wanted to win we should all be looking forward. It is a done deal at this point. There is nothing we can do about it. Obviously, a lot of people are upset about this, and obviously a lot of people are glad, but think about it. Someone had to win and someone had to lose. Yes, things may have been different with many different fasctors, but we have to look forward not backwards.
The words Obama used in his address today were honestly perfect. The sun still rose the next day. He talks about how the peaceful transition between power is a very important factor. He also goes on to say " the day after we have to remember that we actually are all on one team.... we are not democrats first or republicans first we are americans first. We all want what's best for this country. The country needs a sense of unity a sense of inclusion , a respect for our institutions, our way of life, rule of law, and respect for eachother."
We need to keep our heads up and to not react in rash ways. There is not a single thing we can do to change this outcome. The mission is to have the country united and to move forward. Thre is no turning back now so we need to accept the outcome. Wether you like it or not he will be the next president. All we can do is hope for the best, hope that our country does not fall apart.
For all the people who are dissapointed in the country, i get it it sucks. For all the people who are glad, good for you. At the end of the day everyone should hope for the best and hope that he does nothing drastic to hurt our country.
