Sometimes you have many best friends. This is true. I have many best friends and I love them each the same. However, I have a friend that I met while young and she moved. Well, she returned to Kansas and we just picked our friendship right back off and it's continued for years and years. This letter is for her.
She has seen me on my worst days and remained near me to celebrate my best days.
She is the person I can shop for hours with at Bath and Body Works, Kohl's and Target. And still wanna grab coffee or go see a movie.
The person that I can expect to drive to see my Community College Graduation.
The person that although we don't talk every day she can talk to me for 45 minutes straight after a long time of not talking.
She doesn't mind my obsessive Pinterest board wedding day suggestions.
The person who knows my obsessions and still appreciates me just the same.
The person who although the distance has grown remains my best friend.
So thank you for being MY Best Friend.
