Sometimes stress can be over bearing. It gets to the point where you think you can no longer handle it. There are a few things that you can do to help resolve some of that stress ASAP!

1. Write a to-do list.

2. Highlight important information.

3. Schedule the rest of your day/week.

4. Watch puppy dog videos.

5. Call your BFF.

6. Look at memes.

7. Color in an adult coloring book.

8. Go online shopping.

9. Play games on your phone.

10. Cry.

11. Eat some snacks.

12. Close your eyes and breathe.

13. Watch Shane Dawson on Youtube.

14. Stalk people on Facebook.

15. Turn on some up-beat music.

16. Stretch.

17. Organize your desk.

18. Write down your feelings.

19. Put on a face mask.

20. Add things to your Pinterest boards.

These twenty things can be very helpful in relieving stress especially at this time of the year. They are all things that can be done quickly and at your desk.
