On July 19, 2016, the world lost one of its most talented producers/directors/actors/writers, Garry Marshall. Marshall died due to complications of pneumonia at a hospital in Burbank, California. He left behind a legacy of iconic films and television shows that generations here and to come will love. Here is a list of 10 of my favorite films/ television shows that he has written/directed/ produced.

New Year's Eve is the second installment of Marshall's movies revolving around a holiday. This movie stars Robert De Niro, Ashton Kutcher, Halle Berry, etc as it follows them around on New Years Eve. As all other movies such as this one, each character is somehow connected to the others in some way.

This 2009 film stars Jane Fonda, Felicity Huffman and Lindsay Lohan. Lindsay Lohan is a troubled teen who moves in with her grandmother (Fonda) after her mother's (Huffman) boyfriend has been sexually assaulting Lohan. This movie was one of Marshall's more raunchier films to date, as it was rated R.

This 2004 film stars Kate Hudson, who portrays a single mom after her sister and brother-in-law die in a sudden car crash.
