Being single is really looked down on and it seems like everyone, everywhere is coupling up. That's fine. Let them eat cake. But they shouldn't be settling. I look around me and see all of my ladies settling for boys that aren't good enough for them. Here's a few reasons to evaluate and reasons why being single is gonna be better than you think.

1. Your food is just for you. You don't have to SHARE your food.

How liberating that you can eat the whole plate by yourself.

2. You don't have to worry about making sure you text your SO back.

I mean, seriously, we all forget to do that with everyone else, too, but that doesn't usually start fights.

3. You only have to shave your legs when you want.

We all shave our legs for our own reasons, but one of the main ones? Getting laid. Not getting laid? No leg shaving. Or they can just deal with it.

4. You can make your own choices without compromise.

You don't have to be lumped together with another person when people ask you questions, you don't have to settle on something you don't want because your SO does want them, you don't have to rely on them or have anyone rely on you.

5. Your bed is ALL YOURS.

This is arguably the best one because you get to take up your entire bed, all your covers, and drown yourself in pillows; no sharing required. This is the life.

18 Things I Want To Do Now That I'm 18

I'm technically an adult, so I'm legally required to live a little, right?

For the entirety of my high school career, I was always seen as the goody-two-shoes. I never got in trouble with a teacher, I kept stellar grades, and when I wasn't doing extracurricular activities, I was at home studying. Even when I did go out, it was usually with a bunch of fellow band geeks. The night would end before 11:00 PM and the only controversial activity would be a fight based on who unfairly won a round of Apples-to-Apples when someone else clearly had a better card (I promise I'm not still holding a grudge).

Now that I'm officially an adult, I want to pursue some new things. I want to experience life in a way that I never allowed myself to do prior to entering college. These are the years that I'm supposed to embark on a journey of self-discovery, so what better way to do that than to create a bucket list?

I've been super busy lately with school work, studying, etc. Besides the fact that I do nothing but AP chemistry and AP economics, I constantly think of stupid questions that are almost impossible to answer. So, maybe you could answer them for me, and if not then we can both wonder what the answers to these 15 questions could be.
