Democrats
Hillary Clinton. The clear frontrunner for the Democratic nomination. Former first lady, U.S. senator, and Secretary of State has a strong possibility of being the first female president and throwing Bill into the unfamiliar role of First Man. While taking almost every route to prepare herself for a run and have several Super PACs fighting over supporting her, if Hillary doesn't run I'd frankly be shocked. Vegas odds at becoming president: 11/10
Joe Biden. The current Vice President has attended over 50 campaign and fundraising events since 2014. He's been ridiculed throughout his tenure by the media from Saturday Night Live to The Onion, but the guy still believes he has a shot. More power to him. Vegas odds at becoming president: 33/1
Andrew Cuomo. The Governor of New York was just reelected to his second term and already has the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development from '97-'01 under his belt. His father, also a Governor of New York, flirted with running in the '92 election before deciding not to. Cuomo has recently released a memoir which hints to various points leading him to a run in 2016. He also has been traveling a lot more in his second term throughout the country, straying more from New York. Vegas odds at becoming president: 40/1
Jim Webb. The former one-term Virginia Senator and Vietnam Vet would have the most moderate views of all Democratic Candidates. In November, Webb announced he was releasing an exploratory committee to see if he should run in 2016. Vegas odds at becoming president: 50/1
Republicans
Jeb Bush. The current leading republican potential candidate is attempting to be the third Bush to become president. Jeb, the only two-term Republican Governor in the history of Florida, has taken step after step leading the belief he'll be running. He's already launched a PAC, hired campaign staffers, and distanced to himself from questionable business relationships. Vegas odds at becoming president: 4/1
Scott Walker. The Wisconsin Governor who's won three statewide elections in four years, including a 2012 recall election after he limited collective-bargaining rights for public employees. He's launched a tax-exempt committee to fund his national political activity and delivered a speech at the Iowa Freedom Summit that has increased his support. Walker's already leased space in Iowa, which leads people to believe he's preparing for the Caucus and a run. Vegas odds at becoming president: 9/1
Chris Christie. The two-term New Jersey Governor has given every hint that he's running in 2016. From being seen in Jerry Jones' press box during the Cowboys post-season run to launching a PAC, to a 3-day trip to the U.K. to beef up his foreign policy resume. The two-time New Jersey Governor was considered the leading Republican candidate until the Bridgegate Scandal. We'll see if he can put it behind him. Vegas odds at becoming president: 11/1
Marco Rubio. After the 2012 Election Rubio was considered by many to be the future of the Republican Party and in February 2013 graced the cover of Times Magazine labeling him, “The Republican Savior," he ran into trouble after tying himself to Senate's immigration reform bill and abandoning his own bill. Marco also released a book in January and scheduled signings in several early primary states. He also declared last spring that he's ready to be president. Vegas Odds at becoming president: 11/1.
