Laziness. Ah! Just hearing that word actually catches my attention. What about you? Don't you just think of yourself laying on the couch binge watching 'The Flash' and eating a buffet style meal? Because I do. It's summer, we're out of school, you just want to relax and leave things for later. We always say, 'Oh, I'll do it later mom or not now!" but since there is a to-do list on the fridge, we're kinda obligated to do it. I bet you, listed below are a few things you can relate to when being lazy.

1. Leave piles of laundry everywhere and pretend there isn't any more soap.

2. Use dishes and leave mountains of them.

3. Reach for TV dinners instead of actually making food.

4. When your friend invites you to a party but you party at home instead.

5. You sleep all day.

5. To avoid moving, you call your sister, who's upstairs, to pass you the remote.

6. When you're on the couch freezing cold but too lazy to get a blanket.

7. The struggle is real when you see trash towers on your trash can.

8. How your non-lazy friend feels when you don't text back.

9. Even mom's strength isn't enough to get you off your comfortable and warm bed.

Being lazy is just part of life. We're lazy even with the smallest things because "it's too far" or "it's too cold to get up." Sometimes being lazy just relaxes us in a way that we can actually rest instead of doing heavy work. I bet just reading this makes you lazy because you're looking at relatable things that you'll end up doing later in the day !

One of the scariest things we will ever face in our life is going to college. Many of us move away to a new town, join new organizations, and make new friends. We are expected to study, have a social life, relationships, maybe work, and be healthy. It seems pretty easy to do, and in high school all we wanted to do was graduate and move on to this next chapter of our lives. If you are in high school, here are some things that you can learn from before you get to college. If you have already been through your freshman year of college, hopefully you can relate to the things I have learned in college.

10 Truths About Being In A Sorority

I remember my freshman year oh so well. I remember feeling terrified the night before orientation. The one thing that I dreaded the most was not the new people, the new environment, or even the academic pressure. I was dreading having to talk to sorority girls about Recruitment. I remember cutting off and avoiding any Rho Gamma/Panhellenic Officer that came my way during First Week. I looked at them like they had asked me to cut my arm off whenever they asked me if I wanted to rush. To be honest, I did not even know what rush was, but I knew that I did NOT want to be a part of it. To me, it was dumb. It was a waste of money. It was a waste of my time.

And guess what? I did not rush my freshman year. I spent the first half of my freshman year isolating myself from everyone on campus. I spent all of my time in the library, and then (since I was a commuter) went back home once my work was finished.
