With Christmas quickly approaching, everybody is left wondering what to get the people in their lives.

From the time we were just a few years old, we were asked what we wanted for Christmas. We willing wrote our list of toys and eagerly sent it off to Santa. These days, it is not any different. Except that the gifts we ask for have changed. However, we are also often the ones asking what other people want. We all know the struggle of trying to find the perfect gift for our best friend, our significant other, or our sibling. Well, if you happen to be looking for gift ideas for a lacrosse player, look no further.

1. Mid Calves

Yeah, we know we already have about 20 pairs, but another six really couldn't hurt. After all, we don't just wear them to practice or games, they become our wear everywhere socks.

2. Nike Headbands

We all know the struggle of having our hair flying everywhere while we're at practice or in the middle of a game, so a headband is totally practical. Plus, they look good so why not?

3. Hair ties (big and small)

No matter how many you have, you always end up losing them all. Especially the small ones that are SO good for tying the ends of our braids!!

4. Athletic shorts

Another thing that no matter how many pairs we own, we can always use more. You have to admit, we wear them just as often as we wear our mid calves.

5. Slides

There's nothing better than taking your cleats and socks off after a long practice or game...or is there? The feeling of sliding your feet into these shoes might come close. The squishier the better.

6. Leggings

Seriously though, we love our leggings. When we're practicing in the freezing cold weather, we'll have you to thank for keeping us warm.

7. Food

We're always hungry so food is never a bad idea. These granola bars happen to be my pregame go-to, and I'm sure every athlete has their own.

8. Water Bottles

We take hydration very seriously. You will probably never see us without a water bottle or two close at hand. We'll thank you in advance for supporting our hydration habit.

9. Gatorade

The perfect way to refuel before, during, or after a game, and the one thing we don't ever want to buy for ourselves. Thanks, again for supporting our hydration habit.

Basically everything on this list we already have, but could always use (and always want) more. So if you're wondering what to get the lacrosse player in your life, it's not that hard. It doesn't have to be anything out of the box, just something that supports our love of the game. Your constant support and cheering is implied.

I think the hardest thing about going away to college is figuring out how to become an adult. Leaving a household where your parents took care of literally everything (thanks, Mom!) and suddenly becoming your own boss is overwhelming. I feel like I'm doing a pretty good job of being a grown-up, but once in awhile I do something that really makes me feel like I'm #adulting. Twenty-somethings know what I'm talking about.

I went to a small high school, like 120-people-in-my-graduating-class small. It definitely had some good and some bad, and if you also went to a small high school, I’m sure you’ll relate to the things that I went through.

1. If something happens, everyone knows about it

Who hooked up with whom at the party? Yeah, heard about that an hour after it happened. You failed a test? Sorry, saw on Twitter last period. Facebook fight or, God forbid, real fight? It was on half the class’ Snapchat story half an hour ago. No matter what you do, someone will know about it.

Chandler Bing

I'm assuming that we've all heard of the hit 90's TV series, Friends, right? Who hasn't? Admittedly, I had pretty low expectations when I first started binge watching the show on Netflix, but I quickly became addicted.

Without a doubt, Chandler Bing is the most relatable character, and there isn't an episode where I don't find myself thinking, Yup, Iam definitely the Chandler of my friend group.

Working with the public can be a job, in and of itself. Some people are just plain rude for no reason. But regardless of how your day is going, always having to be in the best of moods, or at least act like it... right?

1. When a customer wants to return a product, hands you the receipt, where is printed "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" in all caps.

2. Just because you might be having a bad day, and you're in a crappy mood, doesn't make it okay for you to yell at me or be rude to me. I'm a person with feelings, just like you.

3. People refusing to be put on hold when a customer is standing right in front of you. Oh, how I wish I could just hang up on you!
