You Know When You're A Crazy Dog Mom When....
LiketoKnowit

We have not given birth but we are definitely moms, our babies just have four legs and fur. We feed them, bathe them, take them to the doctor, give them medicine when they need it, keep them updated on their shots, buy them treats and toys, protect and shelter them and most importantly we love them unconditionally and spoil them to pieces. Sometimes us as dog moms take it a tad too far but we love it and will never stop. If these describe you then you are definitely a crazy dog mom!

1. You have found yourself an hour deep into your pinterest binge and you look back to realize the only thing you have successfully pinned is things for the pups. DIY treats and toys, different ways to make them cute beds and pillows to sleep on and different hacks for baths and cleaning up after them.

2. You're out shopping and you just happen to somehow wind up in the pet supplies section getting wide eyed about the cute things you can potentially buy for the dogs. You want to spice it up and get them new treats, or even add in the new bone and wait was that a sweater....

3. You always have to have them in family pictures and selfies because I mean c'mon they're the fur babies and they deserve to be recognized as a family member too. Also you get to brag about how cute they are to your friends and family.

4. You want to bring them literally everywhere, which means you start googling what places allow dogs and if they give out special treats when you bring them too. You feel bad by leaving them home because they (we) would miss them too much.

5. You try to incorporate the pups in every activity you do. A night playing drinking games? Theres dog beer for that. Decorating for Christmas and the holidays? There are ornament kits and DIY's for that. Painting your nails for the holiday party? The dogs nails must match too! Online shopping? BUY THEM EVERYTHING.

6. You start making plans for the weekend, vacations and big events but you make them around whether the pups can come or for the time you have to leave to get home to them. Can't bring them? Okay you're leaving early so the pups don't think you're not coming back and that you don't love them anymore.

7. You either have or have thought about buying those matching bracelet and collars for you and you're dog because obviously you're best friends and need to prove it.

8. You talk about them to your friends and family like they are legitimately humans. Friends have pointed out that you love them a lot because of how often they come up in conversation no matter what it is.

9. You give them voices after they do something bad or funny to make the situation hilarious. You think it is the voice they would have if they really could speak and you use it very often too.

10. You find yourself talking to them like they're going to actually answer you. You talk to them like someone is in the room having a conversation with you already You ask them whats wrong or what they want to do like you can understand the different tones of bark that come out of their snouts.

11. And last but not least you know every second you're not with them your heart break just a tad because you love seeing their smiling faces, wagging tails, jumps of joy and their playful acts.

Being a dog mom is a gift, our dogs give us a reason to smile every day and keep their tails wagging.

There are a lot of really easy, common names in the U.S. and while many of those simple names have different spellings, most of the time, pronunciation is not an issue that those people need to worry about. However, others are not as fortunate and often times give up on corrections after a while. We usually give an A+ for effort. So, as you could probably imagine, there are a few struggles with having a name that isn’t technically English. Here are just a few…

Daydreaming

day·dream (ˈdāˌdrēm/): a series of pleasant thoughts that distract one's attention from the present.

Daydreams, the savior of our life in class. Every type of student in the classroom does it at least once, but most cases it is an everyday event, especially in that boring class -- you know the one. But what are we thinking while we are daydreaming?

Puerto Ricans. They are very proud people and whether they were born on the island or born in the United States by Puerto Rican parent(s). It gets even better when they meet another fellow Puerto Rican or Latino in general. You’ll know quickly if they are Puerto Rican whether the flag is printed somewhere on their person or whether they tell you or whether the famous phrase “wepa!” is said.

If it hurts now, it'll hurt again. Not because you're gullible or naive, only because you fall fast, hard, and you do it every time.

We fall each and every time with the complete and utter confidence that someone will be there to catch us. Now that person we SWORE we were never going to fall for has our hearts, and every time we see them our palms start sweating. The butterflies in our stomach start to soar and our hearts are entirely too close to bursting out of our chests.

Barn Pros

Growing up I have always wanted to own a horse. My grandparents own a well known equestrian facility in Georgia, so I have been riding since I was born. A bond between a person and their horse is a bond so strong that it cannot be broken. Everywhere I went I wanted to be around horses, even forcing my family to go on trail rides during vacations. Horses have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember has taught me great responsibility, as well as 14 things that all equestrians can relate to.
