You Know You're an AOII When...
  1. You sign everything "ALAM."
  2. January 2, 1897 will forever be drilled into your head.
  3. Next to all of your sisters’ names in your phone contacts is a rose, panda, angel, or red heart emoij.
  4. Those contacts are probably sorted by pledge class.
  5. You love that our colors are cardinal and black.
  6. Because you look great in cardinal and black.
  7. You own at least one set of pearls.
  8. You have panda canvases.
  9. You have panda pillow pets.
  10. You have panda t-shirts.
  11. You have pandas everywhere.
  12. You know more about arthritis than most 70-year-olds.
  13. You’re always on the lookout for words containing “a” “o” and “n” (in that order).
  14. The emporium is always in your most recently visited websites.
  15. You know how to draw/paint a perfect panda.
  16. And a perfect rose.
  17. And if you don’t, one of your sisters does.
  18. You ask yourself, “what would Stella do?”
  19. Because Stella is probably your favorite founder.
  20. #WhyAOIIWednesday has replaced #WCW.
  21. You actually know what a sheaf is.
  22. “It’s not red…It’s cardinal”.
  23. You always catch yourself humming the sisterhood circle song and “Bring Me A Rose."
  24. Learning the Alpha Love hand sign was the first thing you did on Bid Day.
  25. You know what “To Dragma” means.
  26. And you always get excited when your “To Dragma” comes in the mail.
  27. You can pronounce “Jacqueminot” without ever taking a French lesson in your life.
  28. And it’s also your favorite flower.
  29. You own at least one item in the AOII Lilly pattern.
  30. Because let’s be honest, it’s the cutest pattern.
  31. You refer to your house as the “srat castle” and the “Homicron.”
  32. Ritual brings you chills every single time, and it always reminds you why you love this sisterhood.
  33. You exceed the expectation. Always.
  34. You wouldn’t give up this sisterhood for anything.
