After a trip visiting art galleries, my friend decided to reward me with a to a trip to a bookstore called Kinokuniya in Times Square. When she told me the name of the bookstore and asked if I heard of it, I shook my head. A Cheshire cat's grin spread wide across her face. She told me that I was going to love it. Therefore, I accompanied my friend in a train ride to the Kinokuniya bookstore in anticipation of what was waiting for me.

When we reached there, I was stunned at what I saw. And I hope everyone would have a chance to go to this place. You should go for the following reasons:

1. The main floor is filled with a nice selection of English books

When you first entered the store, you'll see a wide selection of English books on the main floor. You'll find fiction books, art books, and children's books as well. From what my friend told me, this section is popular with tourists. There is a pleasant atmosphere around this floor that you'll enjoy as well.

2. The second floor is filled with Japanese manga, merchandise, and anime

If you're into Japanese manga and anime, then you're going to love this. On the second floor, we were welcomed by a wall of drawn shounen manga character! That was when I knew…we were going to the Japanese manga and anime section of the bookstore. I was in awe of what I saw. Japanese manga placed in shelves by genre, new arrivals of the latest Japanese anime and manga are neatly piled on tables for you to pick up and buy, and be read!

There are also manga written in Japanese and also manga translated in English as well! The only setback though is that most of the manga are covered in plastic to avoid people looking through the books for free. There are also merchandise on display like "Final Fantasy" action figures and "Attack on Titan" figurines as well.

3. There is a café on the second floor as well

A café where you can enjoy a cup of coffee and read manga quietly without anyone bothering you? That's my kind of book store.

If you want to shop for manga, then this is the store for you!

I went to a small high school, like 120-people-in-my-graduating-class small. It definitely had some good and some bad, and if you also went to a small high school, I’m sure you’ll relate to the things that I went through.

1. If something happens, everyone knows about it

Who hooked up with whom at the party? Yeah, heard about that an hour after it happened. You failed a test? Sorry, saw on Twitter last period. Facebook fight or, God forbid, real fight? It was on half the class’ Snapchat story half an hour ago. No matter what you do, someone will know about it.

Chandler Bing

I'm assuming that we've all heard of the hit 90's TV series, Friends, right? Who hasn't? Admittedly, I had pretty low expectations when I first started binge watching the show on Netflix, but I quickly became addicted.

Without a doubt, Chandler Bing is the most relatable character, and there isn't an episode where I don't find myself thinking, Yup, Iam definitely the Chandler of my friend group.

Working with the public can be a job, in and of itself. Some people are just plain rude for no reason. But regardless of how your day is going, always having to be in the best of moods, or at least act like it... right?

1. When a customer wants to return a product, hands you the receipt, where is printed "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" in all caps.

2. Just because you might be having a bad day, and you're in a crappy mood, doesn't make it okay for you to yell at me or be rude to me. I'm a person with feelings, just like you.

3. People refusing to be put on hold when a customer is standing right in front of you. Oh, how I wish I could just hang up on you!

RBF, or resting b*tch face, is a serious condition that many people suffer from worldwide. Suffers are often bombarded with daily questions such as "Are you OK?" and "Why are you so mad?" If you have RBF, you've probably had numerous people tell you to "just smile!"

Yify

Another day, another Elle Woods comment. Can’t us blondes get through the day without someone harping at us over the typical stereotypes about who we are? I never understood why a person was judged based upon the hair color they were born with, or the hair color they choose to have (unless you dye your hair blue like Kylie Jenner, I’m still trying to understand why that’s a trend). Nevertheless, as it should be assumed, not everyone is the same. Not all blondes like bright colors and Lilly Pulitzer, and not all blondes claim to identify with Marilyn Monroe. I think the best suggestion to give to people before they make such radical claims is to stop judging a book by its cover. Or in this case, stop judging a blonde by her hair color.
