Lets Ask The Kids: What Are Your Opinions on Donald Trump?

With the inauguration of Donald Trump occurring a few days ago, I decided to ask some of our youth of what their opinions are. I know most people will say, “It’s just what their parents think,” but it is important that children understand that whatever their opinion is, it is important. Even if kids can’t vote, they still have an opinion that matters. These children come from all different races, ethnicities, religions, and financial backgrounds, and this is what they think about Donald Trump as president of The United States of America.

“That the world will come to an end and our world will become the Divided States of America.” 11 years’ old

“Scary because he likes war and wants to build a wall and we don’t want to be enemies with Mexico.” 9 years’ old

“I think he is crazy.” 11 years’ old

“He drives me nuts. I would rather have Hillary instead of that little mother f*****.” 9 years’ old

“I think he is going to be a good father to this country and keep out the bad” 12 year’s old

“Boo! I feel he is inappropriate.” 9 years’ old

“Um. There could be a better president because Trump has been said to not made the best decisions.” 11 year’s old

“Poop.” 7 years old

“Donald Trump is a sexist and racist person. He is a piece of shit and doesn’t deserve anything more than the gunk off the bottom of someone’s shoe. He will make our world crumble faster than it already is.” 11 years old

For the entirety of my high school career, I was always seen as the goody-two-shoes. I never got in trouble with a teacher, I kept stellar grades, and when I wasn't doing extracurricular activities, I was at home studying. Even when I did go out, it was usually with a bunch of fellow band geeks. The night would end before 11:00 PM and the only controversial activity would be a fight based on who unfairly won a round of Apples-to-Apples when someone else clearly had a better card (I promise I'm not still holding a grudge).

Now that I'm officially an adult, I want to pursue some new things. I want to experience life in a way that I never allowed myself to do prior to entering college. These are the years that I'm supposed to embark on a journey of self-discovery, so what better way to do that than to create a bucket list?

I've been super busy lately with school work, studying, etc. Besides the fact that I do nothing but AP chemistry and AP economics, I constantly think of stupid questions that are almost impossible to answer. So, maybe you could answer them for me, and if not then we can both wonder what the answers to these 15 questions could be.
