1. King Hall meatloaf!!!!!!!

"So...let's get Dry Dock?"

2. When the menus are constantly wrong.

We're sorry our chow calls were inaccurate...we tried...we really did.

3. When you can't tell what exactly is being served.

Hmm, pass.

4. When they decided not to put vegetables on the table anymore.

Why.

5. When The Protocol Lady comes to lunch.

Don't even THINK about eating International Style.

6. Getting yelled at if you don't sit where the KH ladies want you to sit.

But you just said to go that way???????

7. When there's no Greek Yogurt.

You mean I'm supposed to eat what they put on the table?

8. That time they didn't serve breakfast until 5 minutes before the dismissal bell.

...and it was mando meal :) :) :)

9. When the entire Brigade goes to King's Court on Sunday night.

Maybe we'll get dinner by the time the semester's over.

10. When practice ends at 1915 and dinner closes at 1930.

Sprint like your life depends on it.

11. The Plastic Silverware Catastrophe of 2016.

Here, use this to cut the toughest chicken we could possibly make.

12. When there's enough water on the table for about 1.2 people.

Greeeaaaaatttttt.

13. When you get to meal late and there's no food left.

AKA when your *cough*LT*cough* talks forever at formation.

14. When you finished eating but there's 15 minutes left of mando meal.

*stares at the anchor until the bell rings*

15. When you end up going alone to a meal that's rolling tray.

A true American tragedy.

16. The line for oatmeal.

And then the bell rings right as you get to the front.

17. The line for salad.

Maybe your squad will save you a seat...or they'll assume you aren't coming.

18. The line for fruit.

All this over sub-par cantaloupe? Really?

19. Ok, just all the lines.

It's almost not worth it.

20. Not being able to toss condiments across the table.

You mean I should, like, pass them?

21. That one person who puts Sriracha on everything.

Eggs, yes. Sandwiches, yes. Rice, yes. Oatmeal....come on.

22. Trying to get out the door after mando meal.

Every man for himself.

23. When there's no muffins at breakfast.

"Guys, where are the comment cards?? We HAVE to do something about this."

24. Red sauce when UOD is Summer Whites.

It's inevitable, really.

25. When it's Thursday and they aren't serving buff chicks.

You can't count on anything anymore.

26. Mando Meal

Not to mention, I could be sleeping right now.

New year, new semester, not the same old thing. This semester will be a semester to redeem all the mistakes made in the previous five months.

1. I will wake up (sorta) on time for class.

Let's face it, last semester you woke up with enough time to brush your teeth and get to class and even then you were about 10 minutes late and rollin' in with some pretty unfortunate bed head. This semester we will set our alarms, wake up with time to get ready, and get to class on time!

1. Walk in motivated and ready to rock

Camping out at the library is not for the faint of heart. You need to go in as a warrior. You usually have brought supplies (laptop, chargers, and textbooks) and sustenance (water, snacks, and blanket/sweatpants) since the battle will be for an undetermined length of time. Perhaps it is one assignment or perhaps it's four. You are motivated and prepared; you don’t doubt the assignment(s) will take time, but you know it couldn’t be that long.
