We all need to see some adorable cats from time to time.

We all have those days where all we need in our life are some cute, little kitties doing cute and/or stupid things because that might be the only highlight of our day. I had a stressful week full of some very difficult and extensive exams, so all my brain is capable of doing is thinking about cats. I hope you feel the same way. Be prepared to saw "awwww".

1. Little baby kitty

Adorable little baby kitty thinking that its tail is not its tail. What a stupid little adorable fluffy ball of fur.

2. 'I'm not a kitty, I'm a human.'

.

My awesome, cool, gorgeous, best roommate's comment: "it looks possessed". Later she added: "in a cute way. Make sure no one thinks I'm a cat hater".

3. Use him and lose him

Player kitty rocking a hipster mustache. Such a hipster mustache. Maybe a little dramatic though.

4. 'I promise I need all this toilet paper.'

My cat gets personally offended when I don't let them go into the bathroom with me. When I let them in after some horrible meowing outside, all they do is what this kitty is doing. Maybe they're trying to be helpful, maybe it's revenge for not letting them know that I was going to the bathroom. Who knows?

5. 'Look mommy, I'm a baby!'

I get it. Adulthood is hard and we all wish we could be little kids again. If this is your way of coping with stress, then go for it. If you want to color in an adult coloring book instead, or dress up as a fairy, I support you too.

6. 'Today I am going to be a horse.'

*clippity-clop, clippity-clop* "My owner told me I could be anything so I became a horse."

7. Inescapable

When you're trying really hard but you can't make it. Whether it is getting as much money as your male counterparts would or getting a promotion as a woman, life is tough. Alternatively, you could interpret this kitty as trying to run away from finals and the fact that this semester is ending in five weeks. It's up to you.

8. Inspiration

This is the cat gif that inspired my last article on things to buy on Etsy. The kitty looks so happy but also very offended that the human exposed their hiding spot. One day I aspire to have enough money to buy Mimo, one of my cats, a fluffy shark bed so that they can have an appropriate place to hide.

9. 'You really want me to get in there?!'

Live footage of me waiting for the showers in my dorm/campus house to finally become warm. So cold. Sooo cold.

10. 'Woah it looks like a monster, a cute monster.'

I would like to thank my roommate for helping me with captions today. Shoutout to Vrindy/Diba. Don't call her Diba though, only I can do that.

As college students, we are all familiar with the horror show that is course registration week. Whether you are an incoming freshman or selecting classes for your last semester, I am certain that you can relate to how traumatic this can be.

1. When course schedules are released and you have a conflict between two required classes.

Bonus points if it is more than two.

Whether you're commuting or dorming, your first year of college is a huge adjustment. Raising the minimum wage to a livable wage would not only benefit workers and their families, it would also have positive impacts on the economy and society. Studies have shown that by increasing the minimum wage, poverty and inequality can be reduced by enabling workers to meet their basic needs and reducing income disparities.

I come from a low-income family. A family, like many others in the United States, which has lived paycheck to paycheck. My family and other families in my community have been trying to make ends meet by living on the minimum wage. We are proof that it doesn't work.

Every college student knows and understands the struggle of forcing themselves to continue to care about school. Between the piles of homework, the hours of studying and the painfully long lectures, the desire to dropout is something that is constantly weighing on each and every one of us, but the glimmer of hope at the end of the tunnel helps to keep us motivated. While we are somehow managing to stay enrolled and (semi) alert, that does not mean that our inner-demons aren't telling us otherwise, and who is better to explain inner-demons than the beloved April Ludgate herself? Because of her dark-spirit and lack of filter, April has successfully been able to describe the emotional roller-coaster that is college on at least 13 different occasions and here they are.

For many undergraduates across the nation, the home stretch has begun. Only one more semester remains in our undergraduate career. Oh, the places we will go! For the majority of college seniors, this is simultaneously the best and worst year out of the past four and here’s why.

1. The classes you are taking are actually difficult.

A schedule full of easy pottery throwing and film courses is merely a myth on the average campus. With all of those prerequisites for the upper-level courses and the never-ending battle you fight each year during registration for limited class seats, senior year brings with it the ability to register for the final courses you need to fulfill your major. Yet, these are not the easy entry level courses. These are the comprehensive, end of major, capstone courses designed to apply the knowledge from all your previous courses, usually in the form of an extensive research paper or engaged learning project. The upside is you actually probably really enjoy these classes but alas there is no room for slackers here.
