This Superbowl has already gone down in history as one of the most surprising, entertaining games of the decade. Probably even ever.
According to the NFL's official website, it set many records in the league such as most combined total yards in a game in NFL history and Tom Brady becoming the first quarterback to break 10,000 postseason passing yards.
It also housed, in my opinion, one of the best and most controversial halftime performances in the last several years. Regardless of the controversy now surrounding Justin Timberlake, *NSYNC fans have to admit one thing: JT had us in our feels.
Here are 10 times my inner *NSYNC fangirl appeared during Superbowl LII's halftime show:
1. When Jimmy Fallon first introduced JT.
#SquadGoals
2. The light effects at the beginning were LEGIT!
3. If I were Jessica Biel, I would not want my man dancing on these women like that...
Um, no honey. No.
4. THANK GOD JT is one of those performers that actually dances during their performances.
Bless you, JT. Bless you.
5. I am living for all these OG JT songs!
"Cry me a river. Oh! Cry me a river. Oh!"
6. "PLEASE SING AN *NSYNC SONG!" Oh, no? Okay....
7. I don't even know what this outfit is right now, but he's still looking fresh.
8. YASSS with those high notes JT!
9. What if he brought out another artist and the Superbowl turned into a *NSYNC reunion?!
10. Yes, including a hologram of Prince against his wishes was a low blow, but y'all got admit that was a pretty great performance.
Those were 10 thoughts I had while watching Justin Timberlake's Superbowl Halftime show.
What did you think? Awesome spectacle? Or too much going on?
