If you told me years ago that I would being seeing Justin Bieber front row one day, I would have told you that you're lying. From not being able to get tickets to My World Tour, to the Never Say Never movie premier, to the Believe Tour, to camping out on the streets of NYC to see him preform on the Today Show. Ive been here since the start.
November 2015 Justin released tickets for the Purpose Tour World Tour. I immediately bough the vip package to meet him. It was pretty expensive and most people judged me for it. My mother understood how its all I ever wanted and how I saved up all the money for it. After a couple shows Justin stopped doing all his meet and greets to better his health. I was devastated at first because that meant I was no longer meeting him. After a pretty long thought process, I remembered that I was still lucky enough to be seeing him front row.
8:30 AM July 18th 2016 The day was finally here. My sister and I got to MSG pretty early that day. I waited in the vip line for just about three hours. The clock finally hit 6:30 which means doors are open.Everyone in line ran to get their tickets scanned. Little did we know the venue forgot to program the scanners for vip tickets. Every time a ticket would scan it would come up saying "wrong gate". Security kept sending us all over the place gate to gate but nothing seemed to work. At that point everyone is having panic attacks crying. We all pretty much just waited in line for no reason. Finally after what had felt like a lifetime they fixed everything. I ran in and got my spot right on the stage. I was touching the stage that Justin Bieber would be walking on in just a couple hours.
8:50 PM July 18th 2016 Justin Bieber finally hit the stage coming out in a glass box singing Mark My Words. The energy in the venue was unbelievable. You could just tell how blessed everyone was feeling to be there in that moment taking it all in.
10:50 PM July 18th 2016 a time and date I will never forget. Justin Bieber was singing his song Purpose as he touched my hand. I felt like I was on cloud nine. The moment I've been waiting for finally just happened. Justin Drew Bieber noticed me after years and years of trying. Even though it only lasted a couple seconds it felt like a lifetime.
Shortly after the concert had come to an end with his final song of the night Sorry. I couldn't believe it was all over so soon. It was such a great experience and for that I am forever grateful. So heres to everyone who said "it was just a phase" because clearly almost ten years later it was not.
