When Justin Bieber first hit the music scene, girls were literally throwing themselves at him. He was discovered on YouTube by none other than R&B legend Usher. His songs were catchy. His looks were appealing to pre-teens. His charitable work was commendable.
However, Justin fell into a little rut. He broke up with his long-time girlfriend, Selena Gomez. He also turned to partying, which led him to some legal trouble. He started acting out, which caused the media to heavily criticize his actions.
After years of trying to rebuild his image, Justin is back. His new album, Purpose, was just released. Not only are pre-teen girls falling in love with his new music, but other people are, too. Bethenny Frankel tweeted how much she enjoyed the singer’s new album. Even a few of my guy friends admitted that they liked Justin’s music. When "Sorry" comes on, you can’t help but just sing along. Whether you’re a girl or a guy, you know the lyrics are worthy of a nice sing-along.
Justin’s music is among the best right now on the Billboard Hot 100, but he is also doing some great things behind the scenes. Justin loves to give back to his fans because, without them, he’d be nothing. He gives back to multiple charities as well.
Fame changes some people, there is no doubt. Miley Cyrus was once the sweet little country girl playing Hannah Montana on the Disney Channel. Today, her Instagram shows her hippie-like ways, including topless photos. She’s no stranger to acting out these days. Lindsay Lohan went from the cute little actress to a troubled star fighting her way through legal cases in court. Justin was fortunate enough to pull himself together. His management team most likely had a lot to do with rebuilding his brand. He has so much talent that shouldn’t go to waste.
It is always reassuring to see stars that get their lives back together. Justin is an inspiration for many. He once let his fame change him but was able to make a turnaround.
Justin will be touring the globe for this 2016 Purpose World Tour. Those tickets will draw a lot of attention when they hit the market. There has already been a lot of excitement for when it was announced that Bieber will be touring. He hasn’t been on tour since 2013 when he promoted his 2012 album, Believe. Will you be in the audience singing along to “What Do You Need”? I know I sure will be. Even as a 21-year-old, I am not ashamed to be a “Belieber.”
Justin Bieber is making a comeback. Once a troubled celebrity trying to please the world, he can now be nicknamed the "Comeback Kid." I am eager to see what Justin will do next.
