She loves on you like a mother does, it's impossible to imagine life without her and every friend group needs a presence like hers. Who is she? The beloved mom friend. Chances are, you have a mom friend, or you are the mom friend.

1. You always know what's going on in your friends' (ahem, children's) lives.

How did the cross country meet go? Trick question. You don't even need to ask because you've already bookmarked the team's web page. Your friends always wonder how you remember the details of everything they tell you, but what can you say? It's a magical mom power.

2. Everyone knows they can turn to you when they have a problem — everything, from homework struggles to relationship fiascoes.

You may not be a therapist, but you try your best to help in any way. As a result, friends see you as the "go-to" for advice.

3. You have a preemptive sense for disaster.

Not to mention, you excel at sending out those much-needed reminders. You consider all outcomes and plan accordingly. Raining outside? Don't worry; you thought ahead. You've always got an extra umbrella at no charge.

4. Safety is your number one priority.

You may look like a teenager, but you're a mom at heart. Still, that doesn't mean you're no fun! Regardless, you just make sure no one is doing anything too reckless.

5. You try to take everyone's opinions into consideration.

It's only natural for everyone to have different opinions. What sets you apart is the fact that you are willing to listen, respect and consider all these opinions when making a decision so that everyone can find something they enjoy.

6. You encourage everyone to open up, and you're sure to look out for them.

After all, talking is better than not. Bottling up feelings is never the way to go. You love having daily conversations with your friends about how they're doing. You're not a helicopter mom, but you still like to make sure your friends are taking of themselves by getting good sleep, eating nutritiously, etc.

7. You are a listener.

Listening is the most important part of being a mom friend. You are happy to listen to a rant and support your friend with an open heart. You listen because you care, and your actions reflect it as well.

8. But, you're also a talker.

Sometimes, you might even be the designated talker of the group in public situations, and that's fine by you.

9. You never forget a birthday!

In fact, you don't even need a calendar. It's all stored in your brain.

10. If someone hurts one of your friends, your mama bear comes roaring out.

An enemy of a friend is an enemy of yours, and you are sure to defend your friends no matter the time of day.

Chandler Bing

I'm assuming that we've all heard of the hit 90's TV series, Friends, right? Who hasn't? Admittedly, I had pretty low expectations when I first started binge watching the show on Netflix, but I quickly became addicted.

Without a doubt, Chandler Bing is the most relatable character, and there isn't an episode where I don't find myself thinking, Yup, Iam definitely the Chandler of my friend group.

eye roll

Working with the public can be a job, in and of itself. Some people are just plain rude for no reason. But regardless of how your day is going, always having to be in the best of moods, or at least act like it... right?

1. When a customer wants to return a product, hands you the receipt, where is printed "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" in all caps.

2. Just because you might be having a bad day, and you're in a crappy mood, doesn't make it okay for you to yell at me or be rude to me. I'm a person with feelings, just like you.

3. People refusing to be put on hold when a customer is standing right in front of you. Oh, how I wish I could just hang up on you!

Yify

Another day, another Elle Woods comment. Can’t us blondes get through the day without someone harping at us over the typical stereotypes about who we are? I never understood why a person was judged based upon the hair color they were born with, or the hair color they choose to have (unless you dye your hair blue like Kylie Jenner, I’m still trying to understand why that’s a trend). Nevertheless, as it should be assumed, not everyone is the same. Not all blondes like bright colors and Lilly Pulitzer, and not all blondes claim to identify with Marilyn Monroe. I think the best suggestion to give to people before they make such radical claims is to stop judging a book by its cover. Or in this case, stop judging a blonde by her hair color.
