Just a little note to keep you going...
YOU CAN DO IT QUOTES

To whoever is reading this,

For my fellow students, the semester is almost over. You have one week for finals and then you're done. It could be a paper, a final exam, or an article, but just know that you've got this. You may be nervous and you may not want that deadline to come, but it is going to sneak up on you no matter what. You've got this. Study as hard as you can, edit as much as you can, but remember to take a deep breath and relax.

You have been preparing for this final all semester. You know the material, you know the format, you know you've got this. It's just like every other test you've taken in that class, it's just going to be a bit longer. You may not want to do it, but to get to relax at home for the Holidays, you need to get by that test/paper. It's just a bump in the road till your destination. Don't be nervous and don't freak out. Take the time the night before your test to relax. Watch a movie or a TV show, but whatever you do, just relax. Then when it's finally the morning of the big day, remember to get up, eat a good breakfast, and go to the correct location for the test. I promise you, you will make it. It will all be worth it in the end.

For those who have a paper, work a little of it every day so you won't have to do a lot the night before it's due. If you do that, then the paper won't be as good, and you know you can do better. Save yourself and do a page every night. You may not want to do it but the due date is closer than you think. If you do a page every night, your paper will be the best it can be because you spent the perfect amount on every page. I know you can get through. Sit down and write a page right now. Half an hour out of your day is a lot better than four hours the night before it's due. You can do this.

Good luck, and study hard!

Sincerely,

Sarah

18 Things I Want To Do Now That I'm 18

I'm technically an adult, so I'm legally required to live a little, right?

For the entirety of my high school career, I was always seen as the goody-two-shoes. I never got in trouble with a teacher, I kept stellar grades, and when I wasn't doing extracurricular activities, I was at home studying. Even when I did go out, it was usually with a bunch of fellow band geeks. The night would end before 11:00 PM and the only controversial activity would be a fight based on who unfairly won a round of Apples-to-Apples when someone else clearly had a better card (I promise I'm not still holding a grudge).

Now that I'm officially an adult, I want to pursue some new things. I want to experience life in a way that I never allowed myself to do prior to entering college. These are the years that I'm supposed to embark on a journey of self-discovery, so what better way to do that than to create a bucket list?

I've been super busy lately with school work, studying, etc. Besides the fact that I do nothing but AP chemistry and AP economics, I constantly think of stupid questions that are almost impossible to answer. So, maybe you could answer them for me, and if not then we can both wonder what the answers to these 15 questions could be.
