Earlier this summer the box offices across the country and world were taken by storm with the release of the highly anticipated "Jurassic World." Another sequel in the "Jurassic Park" franchise had been in the works since the 2001 release of "Jurassic Park 3." After many debates, changes, and production halts, "Jurassic Park" fans were pleased to hear that another terrifying adventure movie surrounding the dinosaur zoo gone wrong was finally on it’s way to becoming a reality.
For the eight months before the release of "Jurassic World"’s premier, fans were teased with pictures and trailers, giving the world insight into what "Jurassic World" may have been about. After months of discussion, praise, criticism, and speculation, the June 12 premiere date finally arrived. "Jurassic World" shattered box office records bringing in over 1.5 billion dollars worldwide since the release. What this movie will be about is still a mystery, one that we have three years to try and figure out and decode. With the ending of "Jurassic World," there is so many different directions the writers can take this much-needed sequel. Speculation has already started from many eager fans wondering what the film will have in store. These fans will have a lot of time to wonder and decode the mystery considering the movie doesn’t premiere for another three years. One thing is for sure, the "Jurassic" series is still well alive and thriving and as long as the gorgeous Chris Pratt is still as perfect as he was in the first movie, I think we will all be happy.
