July; the month that lies directly in the middle of the summer. The days are longer, the weather is warmer, and most people's skin is tanner, unless you've been #blessed with the ever so classic Irish skin. The smell of SPF 30 is the new perfume, and your daily attire consists of a bathing suit and your summer feet to help you get across the hot pavement. July allows for memories to made with family and friends, along with the following 11 thoughts;


1. The only month at actually feels like summer. June ends the school year and August is full of anticipation of the upcoming semester.

2. July 4th is a holiday to bring families and communities together, where we honor our country and remember how truly great America can be.

3. July allows for the water temperatures to finally not cause you physical pain from stepping into the cold ocean



4. A steady intake of ice cream becomes your daily diet, and it acceptable by others



5. Flowers continuously bloom filling gardens with Hydrangeas for the season



6. The heat is so strong that running through the sprinklers and even drinking out of the hose to cool off becomes a daily ritual



7. It is the best vacation month with the warmest weather of the year


8. Spending full days at the beach or pool becomes a lifestyle



9. You finally have time for all those leisurely books you always wanted to read but never actually had the time for throughout the year



10. Little kids are selling lemonade at every street corner you go to



11. July means summer.
