This article is for those who have been interested in trying juicing, but didn't know where to get started! Juicing fruits and vegetables is like a whole world on it's own, and there's a lot to learn! Juicing recipes can get complicated, and everyone prefers different flavors. Here is a quick list for one serving juices you can put right into your juicer at home! The trick is to use flavorful fruits to mask some of the mucky veggies!
To begin, wash all fruits and veggies or soak in warm water and white vinegar. This is to remove as many pesticides as possible. Buying organic can assure that you are going to have a lot less pesticides on your produce, but still wash them just to be sure!
Depending on your juicer, you may need to chop or dice some of the produce in smaller pieces. If you're lucky like me, you may have a wide mouth chute that allows you to stick full fruits and vegetables in it!
Juice all vegetables in order of the list provided!

*Know that all juicers do not produce the same amount of yield. These recipes should make about one serving, but try it out with your juicer first to determine how much juice is produced at the end.
Juicing may seem scary at first, but know that at one point everyone was a beginner! These recipes are tried and tried again for success and popularity. Start with a little extra fruit in the beginning for that sweet flavor and then as you adjust slowly start adding less fruit. Beginning with all fruit or mostly fruit is okay, but eventually you'll want to wean yourself off of it since it will be mostly sugar!
Find a particular flavor you don't enjoy? Simply substitute it with another fruit or vegetable that is similar! That is the beauty of juicing at home, you can alter the juice until you are happy with it!
