A big controversy in young adults and many others is self-expression through style. I believe that we shouldn't be so critical of what others wear. Yes, people can be very judgmental; however, we shouldn't focus on everyone else and the way they dress.
Just because someone dresses differently doesn't mean that they are bad people. For example, If someone wears black clothing with chains most of the time, it doesn't mean that they "worship the devil." Although that's an extreme example, you can understand where I'm coming from. Also, whenever someone wears revealing clothing, it doesn't always mean that they want attention or other mean things. People should be able to express their individuality in the way that they dress and not have to constantly feel like they are being judged.
It's not our bodies; so why should we judge others by what they wear? Whenever someone targets someone for wearing revealing clothing or different clothing, it hurts the individual being targeted.
When you start to judge someone else on their sense of style, think about how they feel in the outfit they're wearing. If it makes them happy, then why cause you AND the other person discomfort by being hurtful towards that person?
