14 Jonas Brothers Songs From Their New Album That Explain Why They Are Forever Our Favorite Boy Band

In This Article:

In 2005, the world was graced with a group of teenage brothers, their names Kevin, Joe, and Nick Jonas, who quickly turned into heartthrobs of millennial girls everywhere -- after both "Camp Rock" movies and their own Disney Show, Jonas -- the brothers became a sensation, releasing dozens of songs that highlighted the Billboard charts.

In 2019, when they announced their return as a band, these same millennial girls downloaded new songs, bought concert tickets, and obsessed over the reunited brothers.

So let's take a trip (not to the Year 3000, unfortunately) to see why these brothers will forever be our favorite boy band of all time.

1. First off, they're "Cool."

"Top to the bottom," they're just cool dudes. How many guys do you know could run around in hot pink suits and totally captivate 30,000 girls in the audience?

2. Their "Comeback" was one of the greatest in music history.

They tell us in the song that they "won't let us down." I mean, did anyone expect the Jonas Brothers to drop a new album TEN YEARS after the last one?

3. They've been on the "Rollercoaster" of life with us.

I think they said it best with "we were up and down and barely made it over." We feel that Nick, we really feel that.

4. They're "Only Human."

They've made mistakes, owned up to them, and fixed them in order to maintain a favorable relationship with the public, but most importantly, with each other, making it easy to "dance in the living room" to all of their new hits.

5. "Every Single Time" they release a new song, it's an instant hit.

"It doesn't matter what they do," every single song is a bop. Every single time.

6. They captivated us a decade ago, and although the dream ended, they didn't "Throw It Away" and reunited for a sold-out world tour.

They "took a little time to think" and realized how much they mean both to each other and to the public.

7. We can "Trust" that their music will always be a staple of 2000s hits.

I could "never live without" them, so I can't wait for my children to listen to the Jonas Brothers.

8. Their songs make us "Happy When I'm Sad."

"When we look at old stuff, lookin' like its over," there is nothing that an all-the-way-turned-up-volume to "Year 3000" can't do for the soul.

9. We will never "Hesitate" to listen to their music.

"Don't you ever say goodbye," Jonas Brothers, because new or old, you will always have millions of fans on your side.

10. They "Used To Be" the loves of our young lives, but there is still a soft spot in our hearts for each brother.

Just admit it, it's still hard to see them "spending all their time with their new friends" (and wives) when we all used to think that we had a chance.

11. Each brother shows off his wife and makes sure the public knows how much he really does "Love Her."

Although it "drives us crazy" that they're gushing about other women, we can't help but respect the good husbands they are to their wives. (plus this love song is so cute)

12. Although they disbanded for years, they were not "Strangers" when they returned.

When they released their latest album, I'm sure we were all thinking, we've "been here before and it feels just right."

13. "I Believe" that they came back for a reason.

They love it. Simple as that. "Ain't no turning back" when you have millions of girls screaming your name.

14. And of course, we're all "Suckers" for the Jo Bros.

I'm serious

There are tons of unisex names that are popular: Taylor, Alex, Bailey, etc. There are also numerous names that are used for both sexes, but they’re not seen as “unisex” yet. People are slowly becoming accustomed to the dual use of these names, but for the most part, in their minds they associate certain names with certain sexes. And that leaves those of us with these names in many awkward situations.

You know that all of these things apply to you. You'll just never tell.

I'm an anthropology major, and I love every minute of it. I couldn't tell you why, but I guess there's just something about studying different lifestyles that absolutely fascinates me. But anthropology majors definitely have our weird sides, especially when you go to a school that is filled with mostly Business and Bio majors. But us weirdos definitely have a lot in common, specifically these 16 things.

Everyone has insecurities, that's just a fact. You didn't ask to be born this way. You didn't ask to inherit the one trait no one else in your family has. And you definitely didn't ask to be this ghostly white. But as soon as you've learned to live with it for a while (less wrinkles later on in life, right? right???) someone has to ruin it for you. They have to flaunt they're perfectly tanned body from Spring Break and hold their sun-kissed skin against yours. But I've had enough... here are the things that perpetually pale individuals are tired of hearing.
