Although Jones was able to maintain the championship, never losing after his only loss to Matt Hamill in 2009, his career began to quickly become tarnished. This is due to the fact that he found himself in trouble with the UFC countless times. According to ESPN, it has recently been announced that the California State Athletic Commission held a vote and unanimously decided to revoke Jon Jones’ fighting licenses after his failed drug test that overturned his knockout victory against Daniel Cormier.
