As the end of the year rolls around everyone is looking forward to a much-needed summer vacation, even though work is still a thing, it's still a three-month-long break with no class so that has to count for something. Finals are done, textbooks are returned, binders are put away until you find them a year later, and everything is OK again. The next three months will hopefully be without stress and filled with tanning by the pool and all things summer.

With the "Jersey Shore" cast reunited for their new series, it's the perfect time for them to illustrate your week of recuperating from finals and your first week of freedom.

Walking out of your last exam like...

There is no better feeling than walking out of your last exam and knowing that this week from hell is over and done with. Complete and utter freedom is what it is.

Finally feeding yourself after a week of accidental starvation

The typical finals week diet consists of coffee and only coffee, not intentionally. Sometimes studying takes over and food gets put on the back burner until you're done studying and you start shaking from lack of this said food.

Packing up your room and finding things you "forgot" about months ago

Even if you are a self-proclaimed clean freak, when you move everything out of your room you are destined to find some very questionable things.

Leaving for home or having your parents arrive to rescue you

BLESS. Thank you.

Finally arriving home and being showered with affection from your family since they missed you

Enjoy this, it does not last long. JK... kinda. Nah, but they might get sick of you come two weeks js.

Planning out everything you want to do this summer and getting so excited about it

Vacations, new hobbies, places to go locally... the list goes on and on. Will it be accomplished? Possibly...

Going out with your childhood BFF's your first night home

"Reunited and it feels so good."

Realizing that you need a summer job

If you wanna do all the fun things you planned then you need a little bit of funding. Whether it's just for summer before you go back to school or if you're a graduate and planning to enter the work world, jobs are still a pretty important aspect sadly.

Panicking when you find there are still things to do even though school is out

Why do I still have responsibilities!?! I am not ready to adult yet.

But... still, just like in school, ignoring all responsibilities until it comes back to get you

Will you ever learn? No. Never.

18 Things I Want To Do Now That I'm 18

I'm technically an adult, so I'm legally required to live a little, right?

For the entirety of my high school career, I was always seen as the goody-two-shoes. I never got in trouble with a teacher, I kept stellar grades, and when I wasn't doing extracurricular activities, I was at home studying. Even when I did go out, it was usually with a bunch of fellow band geeks. The night would end before 11:00 PM and the only controversial activity would be a fight based on who unfairly won a round of Apples-to-Apples when someone else clearly had a better card (I promise I'm not still holding a grudge).

Now that I'm officially an adult, I want to pursue some new things. I want to experience life in a way that I never allowed myself to do prior to entering college. These are the years that I'm supposed to embark on a journey of self-discovery, so what better way to do that than to create a bucket list?
